Property itself if very nice - fresh, light, airy, organized around a charming swimming pool; restaurants pleasant, food quite tasty and reliable. Only drawback - in the middle of a semi deserted area of abandoned apartment buildings, commercial buildings. Safe enough during the day - just slightly depressing and no place to walk

Hotel Autentico was fine, The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was very noisy and I asked to be moved which was taken care of nicely. The hotel is a little dated and I didn’t enjoy my dinner in the restaurant. It was overpriced and not very good. Overall, the hotel was ok for the price.

Noisy in our room. Loud music as played around the pool area from mid afternoon until after 10pm could be heard in our room. People sitting around pool area could be heard late into the night. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Attentive staff… no staff shortage! Staff helpful and friendly! Breakfast very good! Noise in halls… doors slamming, kids running and screaming but we know that can’t always be controlled at all times. However, overall a comfortable stay and would stay here again!
