Staff was nice and hotel was clean and comfortable, but the fire alarm randomly went off in my room after a shower and was told apparently that happens sometimes with the steam from the shower. That alone wouldn’t have me coming back.

We arrived early for our reservation. A room was available and we got checked in. The staff was great, the rooms are nice and clean. The rooms have a full kitchen, so you can bring your own groceries!

The property was excellent. I’ve never seen such a clean hotel, there was an issue with the disability lift to get in the Jacuzzi and I was not able to get in. I was going to talk to the manager tomorrow but they sent me an email apologizing for that inconvenience before I could do that. They credited my Marriott account with some additional points and because of that I would say one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I will be back.

Feels New-Clean & Welcoming

Really nice hotel. Clean and welcoming staff. We had a bit of trouble with a sticky lock but they took care of it. For the price, you cant beat it.

The perfect place to stay while catching a match at PayPal Park. It’s literally right next door and the airport is across the street. The hotel is clean and modern - the Westin Heavenly beds are so comfortable. I’d stay here again and again.
