Nice rooms with extras stove, fridge, sink and water filter. Rooms where clean and spacious. Negatives lack of luggage carts both check in and check out. Having a bad back was very very disappointing on the lack of them Poor lightening and lack of extra mirrors for the girls who like to do mack up besides the main bathroom mirror. Cooling AC super negative AC stuck at 67 wouldn't be so bad if they had fans you could request OR if the windows could open which they don't. Overall we did enjoy the stay with breakfast when we got it. Make sure to ask for extra towels and toilet paper for family stays.

What a lovely checkin experience. It may be unusual, but the smell that hits you as soon as you walk in, it’s so bright and clean. And everyone on staff is helpful. It was an easy and comfortable stay. My son says it was the best hotel breakfast he’s ever had. We didn’t have time for the pool, but it looked nice. Nice The area around it is not much unless you’re going to a quakes soccer game.

This was one of the easiest and most enjoyable hotel stays we’ve had. The room was impeccably clean, honestly among the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The floors were spotless, all of the dishware was clean, and every part of the room felt well cared for. We stayed in a Double Queen room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The nearly full kitchen, complete with a large refrigerator and freezer, was a huge bonus and made traveling much more convenient. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Even the little things stood out, like how well everything worked and how thoughtfully the room was designed. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and evening treats, which were a lovely added touch. As a pet-friendly hotel, it checked every box for us. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family or pets.

Welcoming Lobby. Clean and well-appointed room. Stylish design. Staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. I would return for business or for pleasure. Do check if there is a soccer game when you are staying, as there were a lot of people walking through the are to get to PayPal stadium - but the hotel has a guard that ensures parking is available for hotel guests.
