Don't Book this Sleaze Hotel

This hotel should not be on any list it is horrible. I think it's a place where people live like apartments. There was lots of vehicles coming and going, also I believe forgive me if I'm wrong but there might have been prostitution occurring.

The staff was kind and understanding. Check-in was fine, then I got to my room. Approx. 1 dozen children playing in parking area near my car. There were social service offices occupying 2 or 3 rooms. Belligerent youth smoking marijuana directly in front of my 2nd floor unit. I felt unsafe. This is not a property to reserve for your guests without proper warning. They need to make up their minds whether this is a motor inn or housing for the downtrodden. The price was comparable to other properties, and more than airport units. I chose the property because I was traveling with pets and wanted a motel style rental with close proximately to my brand new car.

Looked a little rough at first but ended up being a nice experience. There are a few good restaurants just around the corner and a couple coffee shops. Also convenient for the SAP center and the convention center, a 10 min. Walk to SAP and 20 to the Convention Center.

Functional for Hockey night!

Just a small hiccup with check-in had to adjust name on reservations too match CC. But, now we know, other than that in town for just 1 night to watch Sharks, and this property is just .08 from SAP center...that was perfect for us!

I always enjoy my stay here. The staff is so friendly and The area is safe. it’s a five minute walk to the SAP center for a hockey game!

Great location for SAP. Manager was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was fairly quiet and there was plenty of parking. The beds were pretty uncomfortable as you could feel the springs in the mattress. It was in a relatively safe area with plenty of restaurants/food within walking distance. All things considered I would give the hotel a C+, not because of the service or locale but because of the condition of the room itself.

Sherma is a rude person

Mrs Sherma greeted me with an attitude. Was conformational. Mark on the other hand was great. Keep him and I might return but won’t be planning to stay here again. Check my history I am a repeat customer.

Electronic key card door was broken. Staff had to come open manually for me many times. 40$ charge for a late checkout by an hour ... which I passed on ... is absurd for someone getting in late night like i did.

Great staff- property is rundown and rooms are a bit dirty in general. No amenities of any kind, had to pay $3.50 for a tooth paste from a vending machine. No iron/ ironing board in the room. Beds are very hard and noise was a problem when going to bed.

Check in area smelled like urine. Thankfully the room did not smell as strongly, but still odor persisted. Table under tv, had visual rings from previous patron’s beverages, therefore questioned whether room thoroughly cleaned at all.

Creepy room

not my kinda place to stay i was not happy with this motel. no closet, no iron you can get on from the desk put you have to leave your license. No coffee pot or tea. No ironing board i had to iron my clothes on the bed. The shower curtain had a dried snot on it.

Bed was insanely hard, pillows flat. Hole in the door was patched with paint... service was ok. For the price not really worth it. Exterior is loud as hell. Placed us right next to the stairs, people going up or down sounded like the window was shaking. All in all for a motel 6 I guess its standard. Need a bed and thats it? Then go here. Plan to sleep? Not gonna happen.

I arrived just as my friend was walking up to meet me. The manager was practically chasing him as she hollered at him “what are you doing here”. He said he was meeting his friend (me) and awkwardly glared our direction. I went to check in

Resevations mean nothing if reserved room given aw

There was no stay as my reservation was given to someone else 15 minutes before my arrival. After 45 minutes of the manager calling other rooms in the area she found me a place to stay 5 miles away. Why make a reservation if the room is given away before you arrive

Please accept my apologies for the erroneous charge by our property. As per policy we try to charge the card by 6 pm and if card decline we try to reach out the customer and if we don't get any response system cancel the booking .

Don't book! They may cancel, leaving you stranded.

Showed up to check-in around 11:55pm to be told that the manager canceled my room reservation and gave it away, which meant they had no vacancy and I had nowhere to go. According to the front desk guy, the manager said that they tried calling me three times and attempted to charge my card, both of which have to be completely untrue because I had zero missed calls and no charge was made to my card. I ended up sleeping on the couch of a friendly stranger who I met at a small bar after wandering around the neighborhood. I'm not even kidding. It turned out fine, but I will never book at a Motel 6 period out of fear they'll cancel my reservation and lie about it, leaving me nearly on the street. Absolutely appalling.
