"Very responsive and helpful front desk. The exterior of the motel is a little dated, but the interior seems freshly renovated and very clean, room has a nice clean laundry smell when we entered, and it seemed to be generally quiet. A lot of great restaurants were walking distance including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. A few bodegas were just down the street as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! "

"the property was great!!!! and the staff was amazing!!! Albert was amazing from the time we checked in till the time we left, our son is autistic and loved Albert and he was great with him. He went above and beyond for all of us. Because of him we will be back for the Galaxy con 2026. "
"I believe every single person spoke with or met at this hotel was kind and courteous. I loved the room service, they went out of their way and made the room worth coming back to everyday. The reception desk was amazing and I felt cared about. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Its an older property, but that makes it all the more beautiful too."
"I booked this hotel for a solo getaway to attend the GalaxyCon convention happening nearby. I am always nervous about staying at a hotel by myself, but as soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt relieved. I unfortunately forgot to ask for his name, but I was greeted by a lovely man who had all the best jokes and puns! He made me feel very safe and even wished me an early happy birthday. Aside from the very easy and quick check in, my room was amazing. For it being the standard room, it was much bigger than anticipated. It was very clean and had great amenities. It was also a breeze to walk to the convention center with it only being about a 10 minute walk. There’s even a great coffee shop right next to the hotel. I absolutely recommend this place. I will definitely be booking again should I need a place to stay in San Jose. "
"I had a great experience at this hotel while dropping my daughter off at San Jose State. Hugo checked me in and was very polite and professional, which made the process smooth and welcoming. The hotel has everything you need convenient parking, a nice rooftop area, and a solid breakfast to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’ll definitely be back!"
