First time in Pasto. Service was impeccable, the owner and his staff friendly and helpful. Place itself charming and clean. Breakfast fabulous. location safe. 15 min walk to downtown. Restaurants one or two blocks away. Catholic church one block away (that was very nice and unexpected) Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

Service was great, very convenient location, and cleanliness inside the room and at general areas was really good. Everything inside the room worked very well. Breakfast was delicious. And, hotel staff was very kind, friendly and very gentle.

We saw the great reviews for this hotel and can only add ourselves to the list of excellent reviews. We were treated so well, as if we were family. The breakfast "made to order" was terrific. Go for the fruit salad for a treat covering a broad variety of Colombian fruit. We had to extend our stay by a few days and had no problems with this. We will be back when the opportunity presents itself.

Hotel Frances La Maison is a quaint hotel in the middle of Pasto. The rooms are clean and filled with the amenities. It has a touch of French since the proprietor is French. Breakfast and conversation is included which makes a stay in Pasto complete.

My stay at the Hotel Frances La Madison was great! Patrice and his staff are friendly, the hotel is very clean and the customer service was second to none. Every morning you are greeted with a delicious breakfast and at night, a hot cup of tea. It was wonderful!

My 1st impression was the great location. 2nd, appearance; the place looks immaculate. 3rd; I arrived early. The front desk clerk offered a room so I could lay down while my assigned room was ready. After a long morning, that was a gesture that I REALLY APPRECIATED. 4th, the whole "crew" starting with Patrice, were extremely polite, attentive and helpful!!!! 5th, breakfast was, 1st class, Very Complete!!!! To summarize, this is a place that I WILL recommend and when I go back, I will surely look up to stay. KUDOS FOR A GREAT A EXPERIENCE, based on accomodation and Staff. I´m very Satisfied!!

Excelente servicio, atención del personal y desayuno. Muy buena habitación adaptada para personas en situación de discapacidad, les faltan algunos detalles en cuestión de un poco más de espacio, armario o sentido de la puerta, pero en general todo excelente para que no sufras por nada.
