The location is good. Nice ocean view. The staff is friendly. The food is not great. Room cleanliness was not great either. The water pressure was very weak. Also there’s a pretty strong sewer smell. The we were there 2 nights and the electricity was out 3 times for an hr or 2.

No lo recomiendo es un hotel que no esta en San Juan del Sur esta alejado y la calle de ingreso es de tierra y esta muy mala, el hotel esta descuidado en el mantenimiento.

El lugar es muy bueno la atencion del personal tambien lo es. Lo recomiendo si.no.nocesitan AGUA PARA BAÑARSE. Si quiere tomar un baño.tiene que tener en cuenta que otra persona de otra habitación no lo este haciendo al mismo tiempo por que no cae una gota. Apagan la bomba y tienes que avisar que ya tomaste el.baño. se que el.agua se ha vuelto un recurso muy preciado pero en.un lugar tan caluroso no puedes tener un hotel sin capacidad de sarisfacer las necesidades del cliente. Si no no cobres para hotel.

not truthful about reservations
We were told that the hotel had two queen beds in one room for four people with air conditioning. I verfied this both in emails and by phone. This was a holiday weekend here in Nicaragua so the hotels were booked. When we arrived, we were showed the room. It was actually 2 rooms separated by a bathroom. (still not a problem for us) but one room had no air conditioning and a window of 18 inches by 12 inches. It has been 37-40 degrees celsius for days here. extremely hot. We refused the room. The hotel did NOT charge my credit card , so they were honest about that. After that, we had to search for another hotel.
