At first glance, this property is absolutely beautiful. The lobby area makes a great impression when you walk in, and I truly loved the pool, bar, and tour areas. The atmosphere is vibrant and inviting, and the common spaces are definitely a highlight. I had read in previous reviews that the rooms were small, and that is very accurate. The room was quite compact, with no place to hang clothes and no basic amenities such as an iron, Kleenex, or a suitcase stand. I was able to make it work, so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it’s something to be aware of when booking. The mattress was also very firm and unfortunately uncomfortable for me, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. What disappointed me most was the cleanliness and follow-through from the staff. I requested housekeeping service two nights in a row because my room was never cleaned. I left the door hanger requesting service and also spoke directly with the front desk each time. I was assured someone would come by, but unfortunately that never happened. On the last day of my trip, I still had not received service and had to request towels and toilet paper for the second time. After beach days, there was sand in the room despite my best efforts to clean up after myself, and regular housekeeping would have made a big difference. Overall, the property itself is beautiful, but the lack of housekeeping follow-through and service responsiveness was disappointing and impacted the overall experience.

DO NOT BOOK!! SCAMMERS!! We had a very bad experience in this hotel. We were only able to stay first night. Rooms are super small, no windows. Feels like a jail cell. There is no even closet in the room or a space to put your suitcase. The room was one pf the queen bad rooms. AC was bot working properly, super loud and super low air quality. The water in the shower was not getting warmer. In the morning, they started to work a generator machine and it was like something in room was running. Super loud. When we asked to change room they said only we can upgrade for additional cost. Like all the things not working in our room was our fault? When wanted to leave the hotel they didn’t give us refund for the rest of the nights. This place is a huge SCAM. Zero empathy for people and very poor service of everything.

We checked in late in the evening , after we had to search for someone that was supposed to be at the front desk. If you have luggage there are only steps no elevator , you have to drag your bags up a flight of step. you cannot reach the toilet paper roll from the toilet , the water pressure was low and there is a 27,00 dollar they don't tell you about until you check your statement which they email you.

Stayed one night due to flight cancellation upon arrival no one was at desk to check in. While waiting other guests came to desk to tell us their rooms hadn’t been cleaned for three days, cable and internet were down, no towels, and no top sheet on beds. Mind you this is my check in experience. My husband went searching for desk person bartender told him she would eventually comeback. The desk person was only staff member there and was doing everything. Place was so dark we could see room numbers and another guest helped us find room. Place looks really nice but very understaffed and I was there just to sleep. After check out I received credit card alert that they charged me 26.00 US dollars for something and all I did was sleep there and left at 5:45am to return to airport. God only knows what that’s about. I’m disputing it with credit card company. Other guests in morning said guest in adjoining rooms partied all night and the got no sleep. Price seemed high for the realities of the hotel. I only stayed there because it’s close to airport.

Everything was great. The staff were very kind, friendly and accommodating. The water didn’t stay hot for long when taking showers and we thought the location was on the beach. Other than that, the stay was great.

The room was ok. Housekeeping was not. When room was cleaned 1 day out of 3 that we requested they put our comforter back on & that’s it. No clean sheets no bathroom floor towels no coffee no clean cups not even rinsed.. no sweeping or mopping. Concern about security no one watching the front most of the time there is no one at the check in desk even Late at night. Anyone could walk into lobby since door is wide open & no camera in lobby. On one of the days we saw a guy with his head & face pretty covered up in a hoodie hanging in the inside patio area..sleeping in the chairs,,coming in and out..some of the girls were concerned about why he was there. Another drunk guy bothering different women offering food? You need to have a lock, buzzer in front door & in the check in area. Also too much smell of marijuana coming from the inside hallways. Pool too cold. Otherwise it was quiet.

Our room was really small, so small that we couldn't open my luggage the whole time. We had to move the bag to the bed just so i can get access to the shower. The bathroom toilet flushed so loud that i woke up my partner. Our room was just outside of the ice machine so every so often, I thought something was falling and the we were just outside the staff ready closet so every early morning we would get an unwelcomed wake up call. House keeping forgot to give us towels, next day, didn't clean the room so we had to ask, third day, they forgot the cosmetic towels and coffee for the room. Small room and the location of the room made it difficult for me to rebook here. To get to the beach, you have to walk over pedestrians bridge. If you are not in shape, it maybe difficult to go over to the beach. The pool and the bar was nice. Staff is also very helpful. However, the location is off of a 8 lane highway so there is always traffic noise. I wish I had read reviews prior to booking. We were just focused on adult only and grabbed it but I would not do that again.

Pool vibe and price reasonable. A decent continental breakfast included, scrambled eggs and meat and bagels and yogurt and fruit. You do have to cross over a busy highway to get to the beach, but the beach is very nice and umbrella and chairs included. Friendly. Convenient short Uber to San Juan.

The continental type breakfast is served in a small room on the property. The area where the breakfast is served a linoleum type flooring. The area where the tables are located has an indoor outdoor type carpet. There is an approximately 3-4 inch rise in the floor elevation where they meet. One our first morning there my mom tripped on this unmarked tripping hazard. She fell face first into the floor and cut her forehead and developed a golf ball sized knot on her forehead. My husband came to get me from the room to help her. When I walked in, I tripped on the same spot. The staff called an ambulance after I told them that she did not need an ambulance. A car ride is perfectly appropriate. They basically forced us into the ambulance after we spent 30 minutes waiting to give the police a report. She fell at 8:15 and we arrived at the ER 2 hours later. Obviously, we did not have an emergency requiring an ambulance. Upon ER arrival, the ambulance driver promptly demanded $300 which is NOT paid for by Medicare. I was told the ambulance was privately owned. The shoving us into the ambulance then made sense. We stayed here before and after a cruise. We had at least 15 people come up to us unsolicited to say they too had tripped and/or fallen on that spot at breakfast. You can also see the carpet is relatively clean everywhere except around that area where there are multiple spills and stains noted. The staff told us that moving breakfast there was done fairly recently and the probl

Property was clean & well maintained. Staff was friendly. Location not great, along side a busy highway on the opposite side from the beach. Food was good. Very laidback & quiet, not much going on. Pool bar didn’t open until after 12pm. There was one bartender who really didn’t know how to make a drink.

For the most part, this was a fabulous place to saty. It was gorgeous, spacious and conveniently located. The breakfast was horrible and the concierge service wasn't great. One day, we put out the sign to have our room cleaned - the service person made the bed, that was it. Meanwhile, the floors needed vacuuming; towels needed replacing and the garbage was overflowing! I ended up throwing out the garbage myself; I asked at the front desk for more towels but we never got them so we took from the pool area.

J’ai passé un bon séjour, il y a quelques points négatifs et positifs. Le personnel est très accueillant et respectueux. L’hôtel est beau et correspondait aux photos indiquées. Je tiens à préciser que l’hôtel n’est pas directement sur la plage mais à moins de 5 min de la plage à pied. Ce point ne nous a pas dérangé du tout. Un des points négatifs est que la chambre n’a pas été nettoyé le premier jour, j’ai dû le réclamer. Et le deuxième jour après le nettoyage de la chambre ils ont oublié de remettre des serviettes propres, nous nous sommes donc retrouvés sans serviettes et avons dû les réclamer. Et puis la chambre est un peu petite, il manque de la place pour ouvrir la valise (je pense que la commode dans la chambre ne sert à rien, elle pourrait être retirée et libérer de la place pour la valise facilement).
