Second time I’ve stayed here and the staff is the sweetest! Anything we needed they were quick and willing to help with. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are very modern with AMAZING full mirrors everywhere! (The girlies get it)

Super new and modern hotel. The interior is super nice and aesthetic. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Cleaning, supplies replenished and sheets changed everyday. A bonus is that you can ask for beach towels for the beach or other excursions and return after use. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. It was close to Condado Beach, Ashford Ave, Old San Juan, and T-Mobile district.

I love smaller hotels as they are more personal. Only recommendation is to offer breakfast condiments in rooms. Expedia listed that property has complementary breakfast and learned upon check in that was not the case. Other than that staff was wonderful and enjoyed my stay. Close to everything!

I thought the place was nice we got the small queen room. The breakfast included unfortunately is not included. The host stated they are trying to change that in Expedia. I had reserved the place thinking it did include the breakfast. It is in a good location 20 min walk to condado beach. Their cafe is very good I recommend the avocado toast.

The room was clean and the staff was good. I am not sure on why there was a resort fee. There is nothing else. Their isn't a pool or anything outside for this property.

Very nice hotel. Just don’t book the petite room it was really small. It could be okay for one person; but not much space for two people. The location was good especially when it came to Ubers. I paid under $10 for most Ubers going to Old San Juan and the T-Mobile Center. There’s no residential areas to park if you rent a car and the hotel charges for parking. There’s a beach close by and a cafe on the property. No pool at the hotel and not much amenities. Staff was very helpful. I’d stay there again if it was a quick trip and I was mostly going to be in Old San Juan.

If you’re planning to stay for more than 2 days, Cafe Mome may not be the best choice for you. Cons: The walls are very thin, so you can literally hear your neighbors having sex, along with street noise and cars outside. The room did not have a refrigerator or a safe for important documents. The room could also use some repainting, and the windows were dirty with bird droppings. The front desk staff were a hit or miss—some days they were nice and welcoming, while other times they could be quite mean. Pro: The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Escambrón Beach. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking around the area alone at night, which was a big plus for me. Overall: If you’re considering staying at Cafe Mome, I personally wouldn’t recommend staying for more than one night. For a short stay, the location and walkability to the beach are convenient, but for a longer stay, the noise and lack of basic room amenities may become frustrating.
