We had a great stay at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and really enjoyed our four-night stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the hotel has a beautiful atmosphere with well-maintained spaces. Our room was comfortable and clean, and overall service was excellent. One small suggestion: it would be very helpful if, at check-in, the hotel clearly explained what is included in the resort fee. We later found out it covered several amenities that we were not aware of and unfortunately did not get to use. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.
