This popular seaside hotel has a lot of great benefits. The pool, hot tubs, stairs to the beach, and the breakfast service are all wonderful. The extra perk of cookies every afternoon is a surprise, too. We would stay again anytime we are in Pismo.

This hotel was a fantastic place for our family to gather. Great view of the ocean, wonderful lawn area for kids to play with games available, so fun to sit at one of the many fire pits and have a cocktail and watch the sunset. Parking is free, staff is great and the rooms are very comfortable. We had an ocean view King with patio which was perfect for just walking right out to the pool and grass area and ocean.

The place is amazing, clean and well located in Pismo beach area. Walk to the beach and downtown. My family enjoyed the stay. Only thing that could be better is the breakfast quality. It is hard to eat the same things with subpar quality everyday. So I would urge the hotel management to consider adding variety and pay attention to the quality.
