The room was dirty. Floors werent swept, toilets weren't clean(had previous urine on the rim), no towels, fridge wasnt working. But i guess you get what you pay for. My kids enjoyed the pool which needed cleaning. Also the ice machines do not work.
1st: they said our reservation was cancelled but we never got notification of this. They said they let expedia know, but we booked through hotels.com.
2nd: they said they did have rooms and would honor what our quoted rate was, which was a good thing.
3rd: room appeared clean, but the one pillow and bed looked like someone had laided down on it, the sheets and bedspreads had cigarette burn holes and the floor wasnt swept.
4th: the a/c dial to regulate the temp was broken. I had to use my fingernail to get the temp to turn colder.
5th: advertisement stated had a continental breakfast, but when I went down to get coffee, was told by the clerk they dont offer any.
6th: the clerk was sleeping when I came to get coffee and was back to sleep when we went to check out.

It was a very comfortable stay and it was very clean
I needed a very cheap place to stay for the night, This definitely fit the need. However, the room was in very poor shape. There was visible dirt around the corner of the bed where it meets the wall, headboard, night table and lamp. There was a hole in the wall to the left of the sink. The shower was a slow drain. There was water marks on the hard surfaces from previous guests. There was damage to one of the chairs. The shampoo sample was clearly used and had only a tiny bit in it. The bed had some type of pee pad installed on top of the mattress protector. There was sheets and a vinyl bedspread but no actual blanket. The room was very warm at first and smelled of urine.
I was dead tired form my very long day and did not want to move or cause problems. I did not contact management or raise my concerns. I definitely will not be staying here again.
I found the bed to be so comfortanble i slept longer than i have ever slept before with my sleeping disorder!! The place was clean but bathroom door was quite damaged.
This is the nastiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever step foot in. I had checked in and sat in the room for less than 5 mins and went to the check out counter and demanded a refund and checked out of the hotel.
Moldy bathtub. Dirty floors. Seemingly ancient building. And that's all somehow, to me, excusable, however, the road noise from the highway all night was UNBEARABLE. That mixed with the super lumpy mattress and pillows, I was unable to sleep at all.
