Great location! staff is friendly, only bad thing we had to change room because of a bad smell it seem to be urine carpet had stains! smelled like wet dog as well! Staff was courteous and changed our room to a room with a hard floor. personally will be staying here again !

The room was ok. I used a towel to clean my face after I washed it, and the charge me 25 usd for it. I think they just really need money. I did not get my 90usd deposit back because of it. Be careful with this place.

Se nos hizo un cargo extra de 600 pesos porque una toalla del baño estaba manchada con maquillaje mismo que sin problema sale con lavada y esto hizo que el proceso de checkout fuera muy lento además de que había demasiado ruido fuera d ELA hibitacion

La habitación estaba limpia sin embargo tiene detalles como mucha humedad por falta de una ventana con ventilación, no cuenta con extractor en el baño, y las imágenes mostradas en expedía al momento de la renta, no corresponde a la habitación asignada, no se especificó que el hotel contaba con 2 ubicaciones, la idea que se me vendió fue con vista a la catedral y me ubicaron en otro edificio atrás, sin vista, sin balcón y sin ventana.
