Buen hotel, excesivamente caro por lo servicios que brinda. Por ej, en el desayuno faltaban cubiertos y servilletas y no se entendia porque habia que estar pidiendo cada cosa por separado y nadie venia a preguntar que mas faltaba. No se nos habia informado que no funcionaba la pileta siendo que se decia climatizada. En el cuarto no se habia chequeado que una lamparita de la mesa de luz no funcionaba -el hotel cobra 750 pesos diarios!!!!- y habia mucho olor a tabaco. Los pasillos de noche no tienen luz en muchas zonas hasta que uno da con algun lugar donde si puede encenderse. . El resto es razonable pero no mucho mas que eso. Estuve hace tres años alli mismo y esta vez me parecio que el hotel habia decaido y que sus tarifas son muy desproporcionadas desproporcionadas.

Falta cumplir para llegar a la perfeccion

Se reservo una habitación doble matrimonial. Se pidió que fuera no fumadores. Al llegar les dijeron que solo tenían doble con 2 camas individuales (fue un regalo de aniversario de bodas, así que esta opción pésima!) Luego de que indicaran que era su aniversario les dijeron que solo disponían matrimoniales en piso fumadores. (para que se reserva, si después se hace cualquier cosa?)..Así que, a pesar de molestarles mucho el cigarrillo tomaron esta opción. Recién a la tarde siguiente, un único empleado, responsable y atento (lamentablemente no conozco su nombre, pero si que estaba el domingo por la tarde en recepción) les ofreció cambiarlos a la habitación con las características acordes a lo reservado. A ese punto ya tenían todo acomodado y era mucho trabajo mudarse.... Lo que hubiese esperado de un hotel de categoría, es que,al cometer un error, se subsane, con algo igual a lo ofrecido/aceptado o en su defecto algo mejor ya que la culpa fue del hotel y no de los pasajeros. Lamentablemente, se opto por una mala opción y a pesar de que los huéspedes estuvieron conformes, bajo mucho la categoría del regaol.

Es la segunda vez que utilizo el hotel. Las deficiencias son: escasa cantidad de cocheras, piscina muy pequeña y con poco sol,y el restaurante. De todos modos volveria al lugar.-

En el centro de la ciudad.

La estancia fue muy satisfactoria. El único problema fue que Hoteles.com no había notificado al hotel de la reserva y llevó un buen rato y esfuerzo convencer al personal de la recepción que lo verificara, ya que argumentaban que no tenían acuerdo con Hoteles.com. Finalmente se comunicaron con un superior, quien a su vez hizo otra llamada y validó la reserva. De todas formas, la situación fue muy incómoda y desconcertante.
