First off the property itself is beautiful! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was always great. Mike and Susie are so kind and accomodating. They helped us arrange for a golf cart and picked us up from the ferry as well. Great communication. Close to the ocean and a short walk to several great places to eat/ drink and hang out. Pool was perfect for hot afternoons. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and would recomend to anyone traveling to San Pedro!!

We traveled in April (couple). The owners are AMAZING! Susie and Mike are very nice and helpful, they will chat with you, or also just leave you be, which is nice. They provide breakfast and the food is probably just about the best food we had on our vacation. The room was clean, and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. I can't wait to go back and stay again. Definitely recommend to EVERYONE!

Our stay in San Pedro was so great due to our wonderful experience at the Tri Casa De Suenos B&B. The hosts were very friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was spacious with a full kitchen and a nice couch. The pool was very clean with comfortable chairs and the breakfasts were fabulous. It was a block from the beach and could walk to several restaurants. Would love to visit again!

Tri Casa De Suenos is the best bed-and-breakfast on the island. It’s Clean and the grounds are Beautiful. You have a Nice pool to relax in! Mike and Susie are so friendly you feel like you have known them forever. They go above and beyond to make your stay Fun and Exciting! They will schedule tours for you and even drop you off if necessary. They have the Perfect location, right between Town and Secret Beach. A short walk to restaurants, bars and entertainment. Mike’s breakfast will knock your socks off. They have Bikes to ride free of charge. A Golf Cart available for a small fee. We will definitely be back and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

One of the most relaxing, peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. Upon arriving at the water taxi dock, my eyes met with Mike's and we connected right away as he stood there waiting with our name sign. Our kids had an adventure riding in the back of the Polaris as Mike gave us a quick tour on how to get around. Upon arriving at the B&B, Susie was patiently waiting on the varandah, both welcomed us to their homes with open hearts. We knew we had picked the right place. Our room was spacious, clean, inviting and none to say the least very functional. Susie brought down a very delicious zucchini banana bread, hot out the oven, as our Welcome gift, which we were blown away. We can't thank Mike and Susie enough, such beautiful people, they treated us as if we were their own family and were enthused to do an Easter egg hunt with our kids. Coffee was always ready on the table by the pool. Breakfast was theee BEST!!! and micky mouse waffles made special for the kids, very sentimental to Mike. They were very accommodating to us. A vacation just what we were looking for, and they made our kids feel so special and happy. Mike and Susie are the best! God Bless them! We have found our destination for Easter Family Vacation in San Pedro, Belize at Tri Casa de Suenos. We are so thrilled and our kids absolutely can't stop raving. 100 stars. Greg and Jamie

This Property is north of San Pedro, between San Pedro and before the resorts starts. Walking distance on the beach to a very good dive shop. Away from the small city life, but still surround by a few restaurants close by.

WOW-Very Clean, Great Location, Wonderful Company

Just not enough stars to give here. Wow, what a great experience. Extremely clean living space, great and very friendly owners and breakfast is second to none. I have been to many places, but rarely do I leave a review, but felt compelled to do so here because both Susie and Mike Bowers are the epitome of customer service and everyone who stays there and receives the same excellent customer service and personalized care should take the time to write a review to tell others in order to experience bless. Great location, very close ~12-15 minutes by cart from the awesome Secret Beach. About 5 minutes from Downtown. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking or cart distance and best of all, very safe place with very well maintained surroundings. Oh, did I say they are 2nd row from the sea and right across the street from the bay? Great location, great accommodations, wonderful hosts (I guarantee by the end of your stay, you will be good friends with Mike and Susie). And Oh My God, that darn breakfast is to die for! Just make sure you are hungry because Mike does not mess around when it comes to portions and trust me, it is so good, you will eat it all. Unfortunately, you will be so full, you will just want to kick back and lay around the pool or get in that cart and head to Secret Beach to lay on the sand. Either way, you will be laying around with not much activity (I called it, resting my tummy). Trust me, book this place and you will not be disappointed.

The apartment was beautifully kept and in a quiet, convenient neighborhood north of the Bridge. The property is extremely well kept and lit, which made it feel very safe. Having the pool just steps from the room was particularly wonderful both during shaded mornings and while watching the sunset. It's also within walking/biking distance of many delicious restaurants.

We had a family wedding here on the island and were fortunate to book the In-laws at Susie and Mike’s. It was wonderful. They served a huge, delicious and healthy breakfast each morning, the room was beautiful, clean and charming but the best was Susie and Mike’s amazing hospitality. They would do anything to help. We would highly recommend this B and B to anyone who visits.

this property was all it said and the past reviews were all good but still didn't do Susie's and Mike's place justice. the accommodation was extremely nice, the pool was great and just outside your door. We enjoyed a two week stay at Tri Casa de Suenos in San Pedro. The B&B is lovely, the rooms are clean, comfortable & well-equipped, the grounds are beautiful, the pool inviting. Mike’s breakfasts are absolutely out-of-this-world as are Susie’s banana breads & zucchini loaf. Mike & Susie are wonderful, warm, friendly, fun hosts from the moment Mike picks you up from the airstrip (earlier than scheduled in our case) to the last, sad moment he drops you off. Mike & Susie are knowledgeable & helpful with everything from renting a golf cart to where to go diving & snorkeling to where to eat lunch or dinner. We really can’t say enough about our stay at Tri Casa de Suenos.

Best place to stay in Belize

We stayed at Mike and Susie’s for 4 fabulous nights, our biggest complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. STOP looking for a place...you have found it right here at Tri Casa De Suenos. You will not find a more clean, comfortable, beautiful and welcoming place to stay on the Island and to ice the cake you have two of the most humble and gracious people on the island to host you. Mike cooked us the most amazing and tasty breakfasts every morning, you will ever have. Susie is a fabulous baker and had fresh baked zucchini bread for us upon arrival and believe it or not she actually baked my husband a birthday cake. I mean really what more could you ask for. They pick you up upon arrival and take you to your departure gate when you are ready. Not to mention the wealth of knowledge and recommendations they have of the island. It was my husbands birthday while we were there and they recommended the Blue Water Grill for dinner. It was outstanding, the food, the service, the wine and overall ambiance, 5 star. Not only did we enjoy our time exploring their beautiful island but we left there feeling we had made two wonderful friends that will hopefully be in our lives forever. Thanks Mike and Susie for everything. The smoothies were awesome, although they were missing something...hmmmm not sure what but we were thinking maybe bananas...Hope your laughing Mike. Loved the smoothies. ️
