Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Awful!! Do not stay here

We booked 3 rooms on separate bookings and on arrival there was no rooms available. Owner tried to put all 3 of us in the same room with no discount. While at the property I discussed refund with hotels.com but following enquiry no refund was given and I also had to find alternative accommodation
