Exceptional staff...

The hotel was not notified of my booking, so there was no room for us when we arrived. We were offered an upgrade while they sorted out the mess. our stay was comfortable, and Syafiqa (Fifi) at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. She always had a bright smile for you.

Det sämsta hotellet jag har varit på ,ligger mitt i ett industriområde mitt i ingenstans!hade bokat fem nätter ,men lämnade hotellet efter en natt.lita inte på tidigare beskrivningar av hotellet som säger att det finns en pool på hotellet, det är bluff !

nice hotel ,not a great location

the hotel overall was generally good and would recommend for only maybe a day or two max,the reason being it was to far away from the centre.it costs 30 rm to get into town and 30 back.there are shops and places to eat nearby but they tend to cater for the asian market and are more like cafes.we had no fridge in room which again was an issue breakfast was good and finally we stopped in a room with no window which l knew when we booked but l would prefer a window in future.we were ther for 4 days in all.
