“I recently stayed at Eden Star Hotel Zarzis and unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. While the property itself has potential, the level of service was unacceptable. The interactions with the staff were consistently disappointing; there seemed to be a lack of basic professional courtesy and a complete disregard for guest concerns. Furthermore, the management appeared indifferent to resolving issues when they were raised. I cannot recommend this hotel until significant improvements...

“Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit als Familie und waren mit dem Robinson Club und dem Konzept sehr zufrieden. Wirklich sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter im Service, gutes Essen und Glück mit dem Wetter Ende Oktober. Einziger wirklich harter Kritikpunkt ist die Organisation der Tischvergabe beim Abendessen. “The hotel is wonderful. Staff is super friendly. Only the food could be better. Scrambled eggs, pizza and french frites were not good but they have a big variety of food, so we could always find alternatives. If you travel with kids and they only eat pizza or french frites, well…then you can feed them on dessert or ice cream, because that was amazing :)”

“Le 30 la reception nous on réclamé 100€ pour le repas réveillon. Apparemment expedia n'avait pas reverser les montants a l'hotel. A la reception on avait 2 options : payé contre notre volonté ou aller dans un autre établissement. Posture vraiment pas cool au derniere minute. Suite a reclamations et reclamations e la preuve que expedia nous avais déjà encaissé, il ont acceptés de nous rembourser la veille de notre depart avec l'equivalente en devise local (pas cool vu que mon payment etait en...

“For a 5 star hotel, the rooms were not great. Water pressure in the shower was terrible and they put me in a room that was as far as possible from reception. It made no sense, considering the very few people staying at the hotel. The first receptionist had terrible customer service.
