불만족한 점..
게시일: 2015. 8. 24. , Hotels워낙에 좋은 평가들을 많이 받았던 호텔이라.. 저는 실망스러웠습니다. 좋은 점들은 이미 있기에 개선할 점 몇가지만 지적하겠습니다.
1. 리셉션 데스크에 있던 직원들(여자 두명)이 아주 불친절했습니다. 그 얼굴의 표정과 말투.. 동양인이어서 이러한 태도를 취하는 것인지.. 첫날 체크인부터 매우 불쾌해서 휴가를 망치는듯한 기분을 느꼈습니다.
보통은 체크인시 여권을 스캔하고 바로 주는데, 무슨 이유인지는 모르나 체크아웃시까지 제 여권을 돌려주지 않았습니다.
호텔측 데스크에 구비된 이비자 보트파티들의 정보가 최신화되지 않아, 하루치 일정의 보트파티를 통째로 날려버렸고
클럽의 이용권 구매시 또한 윽박지르는듯한 말투로 결제를 할 것인지 말 것인지, 서비스업에 종사하는 사람의 태도라고는 말할 수 없었고
체크아웃시에도 카드이용기가 고장나(?) 저에게 수수료가 붙는 ATM기에서 현금을 인출할 것을 종용하더군요..
그 외에도 매일 같이 새로 비치되는 샴푸와 샤워젤 등 3박의 기간동안 처음 온 날 제공된 딱 하루의 어메니티를 사용했고.. 수건 교체도 매번 깜빡해 제가 샤워시마다 매번 데스크에 가서 수건을 가지고 온 기억이 있습니다.
이런저런 것 다 차치하고서, 데스크 직원의 태도에서 이 호텔은 빵점도 모자라 마이너스 점수를 주고싶네요. 동양인들은 가지 마세요.. 휴가 첫날부터 기분 상합니다.

Fantasic hotel, great staff and facilities. Minutes from the sea and centre. I had a fantastic full sea view ( 623) with a large balcony with a room with all the facilities I could ask for and more. Fridge, sockets and lights by the bed, fan, air con, large TV with BBC1,2, ITV, CH4 , and Channel 5. Safe and even a bottle opener!! Thank you!! Everything in the room and hotel was sparkling clean. The pool and garden area were lovely with plenty of loungers. They even had lockers to stow your luggage at check out. All the staff were great, happy and helpful.. Only minor negative, the furnishings are a bit dated in the room and the communal areas.

Over all a good stay and value for money.

Location - About 10 minutes walk from the main square and 5 minutes from the sea. Good quite neighbourhood, yet close to all attractions.
Service - good courteous staff. However, they changed the sheets and cleaned the room only once in my 3 nights stay.
Food - good ample breakfast spread. Enough choices for vegetarians too. Enjoyed it.
Bed - a little flimsy - but comfortable.
Bathroom - shower is very good and the bathroom is overall satisfactory.
Condition of the rooms - they are a bit dates - probably made in 80's or 90's. But well maintained. AC works just about OK but serves the purpose.
Parking - very convenient and an added plus if you have a car.
Front desk - very courteous - however I reached early around 10 AM but could get the room only around 1 PM.
Wifi - good - can watch video streaming.
Lots of restaurants and supermarkets near by.
Over all a good stay and value for money.

As long as you do not hang the do not disturb sign on your door your room will be cleaned and towels changed daily, sheets are changed every third day.

Unterkunft sauber und gut eingerichtet, Lage für meine Bedürfnisse sehr gut, Personal freundlich. Komme seit 10 Jahren mehrfach pro Jahr gerne hierher.

El trato del personal del hotel es muy bueno, la limpieza también y la comida correcta (he echado en falta un cocinero que haga tortillas en los desayunos y cosas a la plancha para cenar).
Y si tuviera el hotel platos de ducha en vez de bañera pues estaría muy bien...

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein Traum, die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch war es dafür sauber, tägliche Reinigung und Auffüllung - Rezeption war auch super freunldich und hilfsbereit
