On Friday night, we called the help desk 3 times requesting new towels for our room which never got delivered. We actually started joking about the situation after a few drinks but would have appreciated if the request was fulfilled. Good thing the room has a washer and dryer for us to use!!

Was a ok place that's in the middle of down town LA. What I didn't like was the surprise $125 a night as a security deposit and travel fee. $100 should be refunded and the $25 would be credited to food from the onsite restaurant. A/C won't cool past 72 so that was a bummer.

"Lost power a few times which was odd. Room next to us was VERY loud with kids making lots of noise. Walls thin. Beds VERY COMFORTABLE. shower roomy and super hot. Jacuzzi was very nice and super hot. Pool area very clean and enjoyable."
