The hotel is ideally located and the room was spacious. I did not realize that the hotel is dog friendly to the point that 75% of customers had dogs in the lobby, elevators, and rooms. I felt like I was at a dog hotel. I am a dog lover but it was just a bit much. There were dogs sitting on furniture, dogs barking in the lobby, and dogs barking while we tried to enjoy the room. The restaurant bar and restaurant were enjoyable and the staff was helpful. If it were not for the extreme number of dogs I would return.

Friendly Staff, ( especially Hayden), great rooms and location, BUT seriously understaffed. I had to wait 30 minutes to check in. I had to wait so long to buy some of the lobby snacks that I gave up, $50 for overnight parking but then I found out that the parking structure next-door is $40 overnight and they’re adding 50 on top of that. Not the same place since they’ve been bought.

Perfect location for day trip!

This hotel was the highlight of our roadtrip! The hotel was very pleasant and the restaurant was amazing. The location for walking to the pier and browsing shops along the way was a perfect day. If ever in Santa Barbara again, we will definitely stay here.

We stayed here for our wedding and it was so perfect. We walked to the courthouse and so many stores and restaurants nearby we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The hotel was great. Staff is so friendly (Chole was amazing) the room was beautiful, the complimentary wine and coffee was great. The bar was great. All the food and drinks were so delicious. We will be coming back for our anniversary.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful hotel. Friendly service. Pool roofdeck is breathtaking. Walking distance to State street restaurants and shops. Excellent experience overall!

The property was well updated, the onsite restaurant was good but the staff really stood out and made the stay excellent (especially the valet staff).

Great hotel in the middle of everything! Walk everywhere and great dining nearby. Rooftop pool was great—small, but nice. Would stay here again

Great Dog Friendly Hotel

Really enjoyed our stay, we brought along our 110lb pitbull mix & they’re were very welcoming were most places would not be. Everything from the room to the rooftop events were great! Really enjoyed the location, close to state street but on the quieter side of things.
