“I wanted a hotel close to the beach, clean and quiet. Indeed this hotel fits the bill. But it truly does not look like the images, we got a room that basically had a door and window to the garage in the rear of the hotel, I admit I did no even know that is possible to get a room like that on a $400+ hotel. Granted the bed was good and clean. But the common area for sure does not look very inviting. I guess stays are very expensive right now.... Make sure to read (they do inform you of this-but...

“This hotel claims blackout curtains. At 6 am, the sun is full shining bright through the bathroom window which isn't fully covered by the shade. It also doesn't have a/c. They claim temperature control, but it's just a fan. They need to be honest on the listing.”
