"I loved the unique outside of the hotel. Was very beautiful. Parking was good. Had a restaurant and pool and gym. Our stay was quick and just over night so we didn't use the amenities so I can't say how they were. The fridge had drinks to purchase at reasonable price. Was a quick easy check in. My daughter and I had a 2 queen room. Very comfortable, open and plenty of room. Really the only bad thing I had to say was I wish the lighting for makeup was better. I did love the small mirror with lighting so it worked out to get ready. I thought it was located in a good location. If I'm in the area agian will definitely stay agian."
"Apparently the hotel was under new management from our last stay. Several changes fro our previous stays at this same hotel. The coffee and breakfast in the lobby is not free. They are under staff, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check us in, trying to do two things at once. The property is huge and there was not enough help. We may have to alter our plans to use the Sonesta brand."
"My daughter and I stayed for two nights. The shuttle was waiting for us once we got off of the airplane, (we didn't have any luggage) so that was a pleasant surprise. Our check-in was fast and the room was very clean and the beds were great. Having breakfast included at this hotel was a perfect way to start the day. The selection was very good and I especially enjoyed the quiche (get there early) with the link sausages. Our driver who took us to the airport was very friendly. This ended our trip in a positive note! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is on the fence."
"My sister (Elk Grove) and I (Reno) stayed for 3 nights and were very impressed. The staff were very friendly and prompt - one night (11 pm), there were people yelling outside our door; we called the front desk and it was taken care of in 5 minutes. The location is great. Ice wasn't available on the 3rd floor, but the kitchen provided it.
Highly recommend this place!!!"
"7 (out of 10) star hotel.
Not enough towels for 2 bed room. I think there was only one big towel.
Shower door did not and could not entirely close.
New shampoo bottle appeared on 2nd or 3rd day of stay that was not there before.
Heard noises from room above us. Seems like a little louder than it should be.
Room look liked a 2.5 - 3 star room.
Would not go there again."
