Lovely property in an excellent location right off the main pier. Nice pool and hot tub area with clean well air conditioned rooms. They use Elon Musks Starlink so the Wifi is great! Enjoyed omelettes, fruit, toast etc for breakfast and drinks at the bar. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and situated near the main area of puerto ayora. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the food especially the breakfasts! Would definitely recommend and I would look to stay in this property and when I return to the Galápagos

East and fast check in. Everything you need is there and around the hotel. Wifi wasn’t the best but is was average. Nice breakfast and the bar and pool was nice too.

Excellent Ecuadorian hospitality

Wonderful staff who do a great job of catering to guests with very early breakfasts so you can have a good meal before day trips, cash bar, rental bikes, everyone was friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit while in Puerto Ayora. The mattress was very firm, the room super clean and the hotel is walking distance to the center of town and the pier.

Great bar and pool

We enjoyed our stay here during a land based tour of various islands around the Galapagos. Enjoyed the pool and bar area after the days adventures. Close to the hustle and bustle of the Main Street without being right in the middle of it. My only complaint was WiFi wasn’t good in the rooms. Overall I would recommend

The hotel room was spacious and had a balcony view to the ocean. The hotel staff were friendly and helped with all questions and requests. Our only issue with this hotel is that there is no wifi in the hotel room, you have to be in the common spaces to use the wifi.

A hidden gem that is situated a short walk from the main avenue and activities area. Very accomodating, courteous and helpful. Great breakfast to start your mornings, with custom omelets and variety of cereals. Of course coffee and juices. Then when returned from tours, there is a adult bar, attended and games and a lounge area and pool. I would recommend and reserve again in future.

The water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. If you have candies or something sweet in the room you probably gonna get a lot of ants. There were some insects inside the room too. Breakfast was really amazing and people that work there are the nicest. It’s a good location.

The location is the best, the staff is ok but room had not vent in the bathroom which is unacceptable, the AC did not work well, the breakfast buffet did not have coffee, just colored water with not flavor at all. I booked the hotel online and I wasn't advise that next to my room there will be construction work the hotel told me at check in🙄

Room had beds and little else. TV didn’t work. Bright white lights felt like we were in a hospital. Not charming, as the photos indicate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fine for a last minute overnight but not for a longer stay.
