From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s general manager, and the entire staff made us feel less like guests and more like family.
Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast each morning was excellent. What made the experience especially memorable, however, was the genuine warmth and care shown by everyone at the hotel.
The general manager was always generous with his time and local knowledge. He answered our many questions, helped us make the most of our days on Santa Cruz, and pointed us to the right local contacts when we needed something.
On one stressful occasion, when we left an important item in a remote part of the island, he went far beyond anything we could reasonably have expected, helping us explore possible ways to locate it and coordinating assistance with other parties that ultimately led to its recovery. We were incredibly grateful!
We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, entire Maidith team, for making our time in Puerto Ayora so special!"
