"This is a family run hotel. The husband and wife team will do anything you need to make your visit a pleasant one. I felt like I was part of an Italian family. "Great hotel overall. The staff was generally attentive and professional. However, I did experience one uncomfortable incident where I was asked to give up my seat for a group before I had finished my drink, and no alternative accommodation was offered. There appeared to be plenty of available seating elsewhere, so this interaction was surprising. Aside from that, my stay was very pleasant."
