"We had a very poor experience at this hotel. The front end staff were very rude and unhelpful. We had to ask for help with the AC in our room 4 times before it was working. We had requested a crib when booking, which was never received. The curtains in the room were sheer, which was not great for our toddlers sleep. Upon discharge we were charged for the room again, even though it was already paid for through Expedia. The location is also not great if you don’t have a car. There are no close restaurants/delivery services available. Even if delivery services were available the hotel does not allow outside food to be brought on the property. Very poor experience overall."
"We had a wonderful stay here the night before our flight out of FCO! Such a convenient airport hotel that has so many nice touches. The staff were wonderful and helpful, the room was nice (particularly loved the large shower) and the hotel is very cute! We had dinner and breakfast here and the food was also good. They also arranged our transport to the airport at a good price. A short walk to a nice quiet beach made an excellent ending to our trip and we also enjoyed the rooftop terrace. The small size of hotel and location felt miles removed from the crazy crowds of Rome! Note: this is in a quiet neighborhood near airport and not in the tourist center, it’s a more “normal” area - for Americans who haven’t traveled much in Europe please note this doesn’t mean it’s an unsafe area. I heard a comment from a fellow guest that the area seemed “sketchy” - it’s not. I felt completely safe here and had no concerns about the area. Would definitely stay here again!"
"Everything was great. The only issue is they had an issue a couple days ahead of time with the water. It had rocks and dirt in the water but by the time I left everything cleared out. They fixed it and I understand things happen and they were very nice."
"Stayed her for one night before my cruise out of Civitecchia. Do yourself a favor, stay somewhere else. Place has NOT been updated since 1947 ( just guessing ). HAd a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator,m opened the window for fresh air, all kinds of bugs came in.
Place is out of the way, and need to get a taxi to anywhere, which wasn't cheap. Manager made a 930 and shuttle reservation for the next day, then had no concept of any reservation that he made for us"
