Unfortunately the facilities are not the best, generally good, but when it comes to the spa services, they are not in the same area as the hotel, you have to go a block away, with dirt roads and the spa does not work well at all, Not even the staff knows how to make it work.

Hotel muy Bien ubicado, a solo pocos decenas metros de la playa. La playa esta limpia y es decente, muy pocos vendedores callejeros, al igual que las instalaciones internas (3 piscinas), y las habitaciones.

La arquitectura y ubicación son excelentes. El personal fue muy eficiente, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Por ejemplo, lograron darnos la habitación antes de las 3pm y nos permitieron hacer la salida una hora después de la hora establecida en la política. El problema estuvo en el descuido de las instalaciones, sí hay limpieza, lo que falta es mantenimiento de calidad. Por ejemplo, el enchapado del año tenía lagunas lozas mal reparadas y la cisterna no funcionaba. Abrí la cisterna y noté que había sido “reparada” con un clip que se soltó y causó nuevamente el mal funcionamiento.

Muy buena ubicación
Pros: Un lugar muy bonito, staff muy educados y atentos. El desayuno excelente. Buena ubicación para la playa. La piscina muy limpia. Contras: La construcción se ve un poco vieja, limpia pero gastada. Los aires acondicionados hacen mucho ruido, el control del TV no funcionaba.

Servicio 100% y casi adaptado para SillasRuedas
Es un hotel con muy buen servicio, la atención es insuperable, no se puede quejar nada sobre ello. Las instalaciones pueden arreglarse un poco mejor para personas en Silla de Ruedas, desde la entrada. Sin embargo, la habitación es amplia y uno puede solventar todo sin problemas, aunque recomiendo que la puerta del baño abra hacia afuera. Yo podría repetir sin problema, me gustó.

J'ai eu des problèmes avec l'habitation, car j'ai commandé une chambre avec lits jumeaux et balcon, mais EXPEDIA a envoyé la commande à l'hôtel pour une habitation avec lits jumeaux, mais pas de balcon, alors j'ai du payer la différence à l'hôtel pour l'erreur de votre compagnie. J'ai les preuves de mon commande à Expedia, le commande fait par votre compagnie à l'hôtel et le paiement fait à l'hôtel. J'aimerais être remboursé pour votre erreur.

Pequeños descuidos de mantenimiento
La verdad es que muy amables en el hotel, nos pasamos para el Santorini Casa Blanca ya que en el resort está a 1 cuadra de la playa. (OJO NO TIENE PLAYA) LAS FOTOS SON ENGAÑOSAS. El casa blanca si tiene playa sin embargo nos asignaron una habitacion diminuta que había mucho ruido de los carros, luego nos pasaron para otra mejor, aunque esta tenía los pisos en madera levantados, olor a humedo y algunos pequeños detalles de falta de mantenimiento. En general recomiendo el hotel pero creo que les falta un poco de cuidado y ser mas claros con las fotos.

El hotel en general es bueno, pero está muy descuidado, las instalaciones no tienen el mantenimiento que necesitan, el desayuno para el primer día está bien, pero más no porque es muy básico, incluso optamos por salir a otro lado a desayunar. En general no lo recomiendo pues está muy descuidado. El personal es muy amable, ojalá inviertan en el hotel para que no se deje caer pues está muy bien ubicado, en una de las mejores playas de Santa Marta.

Really bad service from the beginning, per the website, they offerrd airport shuttle but they don't, they said it has to be coordinated with hotels.com which it doesn't make any sense, staff is not hepful at all, good location the beach was really nice but needs to improve a lot on the service.

El hotel es suficiente , tiene lo necesario pero no es el más cómodo ni el más moderno, las camas no son muy cómodas, teníamos la ducha con el sifón tapado y las instalaciones en general están un poco descuidadas. Excelente hotel en la zona de Bello Horizonte
El hotel es muy bonito y la habitación era cómoda y funcional, aunque con instalaciones un poco antiguas. El personal es extremadamente amable y servicial, por lo que agrega mucho valor a la experiencia. La única sugerencia, es que creo que el horario de funcionamiento de la piscina debería ser hasta un poco más tarde.

We loved Luis who assisted us with our breakfast everyday. He went out of his way to please us, he deserves a raise and promotion. The front desk was lacking in providing concern or customer satisfaction especially the female supervisor who wore glasses and did not provide a name. They insisted we used a taxis and not walk due to a dangerous area on the path to Zazue but the taxis called by Santorini were many at times rude, and overcharged especially since we are Americans where we felt they were attempting to take advantage of us. It was our second time and Santorini had not charged in the past for beach canopies but they do now and we’re very rude about it. Alex from Santorini Boutique remembered us and tried to assist with a courtesy since we were returning customers but the female supervisor belittled him to us and we were not granted the courtesies on the canopy. The WiFi in the computer room is poor. A lot of bugs in pool bathroom, computer room and morning breakfast area. Our legs were chewed up! Also, Santorini made an error and provided personal information in an email to extended family that were not traveling with us on this trip which was very unsettling. We have the proof and we can’t understand why they did that or how??? Their restaurants are a bit overpriced and provide the same food at all locations, very little variety. We are indecisive about returning!

As far as I am concerned, the Santorini Hotel & Resort has set a new standard of safety procedures for all hotels during the COVID-19 pandemic. I almost felt safer at the Santorini Hotel & Resort than I do at my home! Upon entering, there is a hand sanitizing station that is operated by your foot rather than your hands which was very clever. The elevator is operated by buttons you touch with your feet instead of your hands so there was never a need to touch the buttons during our entire stay. We needed to print our PCR test results to return to the United States and the staff printed them at the front desk so we didn't need to use the computers in the business center. All of our transactions in the hotel from the beach cabana rental, hotel restaurants and bars were all charged to our credit card so we did not need to exchange currency (safety!). They took safety to the highest level and I have no reservations about recommending this hotel to anyone who has concern about traveling during the pandemic. Our room was a good size and were happy to find a place with both a King-size bed and air conditioning. The Sky Bar was the perfect place to watch a sunset from the pool with a cocktail. The restaurants were good, but we REALLY wanted to have some authentic Colombian food. The young lady at the front desk recommended Parque de Los Novios and we took a cab ride that costs $20 mil pesos to get there.
