โWe very much enjoyed our stay! As fellow creatives, it was fun to be immersed in a Big Art Project that we learned about during the home gallery tour. It was the perfect place to spend the night with our local friends nearby. The hummingbirds and fish in the pond entertained us out of our bedroom window. โ

โWe have stayed a few larger brand hotels in the area, and this one surpassed them. We got the 1 bedroom suite for a great price. Make sure to call ahead to reserve parking if you need it, as the lot does fill up. I'm glad Expedia sent me a message about it as soon as I booked.
It was pretty clean, although the floor seemed like it could have been vacuumed in the corners as it had some dirt (maybe kitty litter). Also since it's a pet friendly property, one corner of a room smelled a bit like dog...
โI really like The Sandman as it was easy to get to, check in was fast and the room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very nice. The onlybdownside was that there was not enough seating. It was a little chilly to dit at the pool tables. Other than that, it was great.โ
โWhat a great hotel! I had an East Coast time zone early AM meeting and they set up a meeting room for me so I did not bother my sleeping family. The restaurant was nice and clean!! Great place to stay. โ
โThe ice machine required intervention and the bathroom faucet was loose, but otherwise everything was in order.
The location was outstanding, near everything I needed in Santa Rosa, including downtown, Guernville, Gym, Freeway and various restaurant options within walking distance. โ
