Arriving at the hotel and the hospitality was great but the spa and the jacuzzi I’ve never been in a jacuzzi that is not hot. The “hot tub” was freezing. However that was the only thing that was wrong with this place other than that everything was great as Americans we were not used to the food at the buffet but it was edible.

This hotel is pure peace and beauty. Located right on one of the most beautiful and tranquil beaches my eyes have ever seen, it was a dream stay. The atmosphere is calm, the surroundings breathtaking, and the view from the balcony is worth a million dollars. Everything about this place is simply perfect – I can’t recommend it enough

Hotel clean and reasonable price staffs are helpful. I am surprised that they didn’t have a bottle of water in the room and they charge for safe deposit box. There are no much choice for vegetarian.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff came across as arrogant and completely unprofessional—hardly what you expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. When an issue came up, I had no choice but to escalate it to the manager, and even then, I was treated with a shocking lack of respect. No apology, no accountability—just attitude. As for the rooms, calling them “basic” is generous. They feel outdated, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the standard this hotel claims to offer. There’s nothing remotely luxurious or even comfortable about the setup. Honestly, this place does not deserve its 4-star rating. It’s overpriced for what it offers, and there are far better hotels nearby that provide much better value for money and, at the very least, treat their guests with basic courtesy. I would not recommend staying here.

Mi experiencia fue muy mala. El cuarto era muy oscuro. En el cuarto solo había un enchufe que no funcionaba. Las sábanas estaban sucias el día que llegué. Las paredes son ultra delgadas, podía escuchar claramente la conversación del cuarto de al lado. Las toallas eran muuuy viejas. Y como cherry a la torta, te dan una toalla de piscina para toda la estadía, contra un cargo de 10 euros. Respecto al personal, tanto en el desayuno como en la recepción la gente era muy malcriada, y no tenía ganas de ayudar. Cuando les dije que el enchufe no funcionaba me dijeron que use otro enchufe en el cuarto (no había otro enchufe en el cuarto) La comida es malísima y no hay restaurantes cerca. Si puedes evitar quedarte en este hotel, hazlo. Es mucho más un hostal de 3 estrellas que un hotel de 5. Evita este hotel!

Chambre correcte avec un kit hygiène apprécié. Environnement agréable mais un parking fermé serait un plus. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Repas du soir un peu basique, simple. Vue sur Plage dégagée. Par contre le spa était fermé et ça nous a contrarié. La télé est tombée en panne et n’a été réparée que le lendemain. En ce qui concerne la nourriture c’était correct mais certains plats étaient froids. L’accueil était cependant excellent.

Du moins bien cette année

Nous avons rejoint des amis à cet hôtel pour la 3eme année consécutive. Nous sommes restes 4 jours cette année. Hotel en bord de plage avec une belle piscine. Nous voyageons avec notre chat. Le supplement animal de compagnie est très raisonnable: 10€/ jour. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu la deconvenue de découvrir que le SPA et la salle sport sont murés cette année. Ce n'était pas indiqué lors de la réservation. Dans les chambres, il y a eu du changement les grands placards se sont reduits au profit de rangements avec de miroir avec tablette. Certes sympatiques mais beaucoup moins fonctionnel. Les lits de 140 sont petits pour 2 personnes. Notre fille était ravie de la même taille pour elle seule. Dans la salle de bain pas de petit miroir pour se voir de très près et le grand miroir a un eclairage qui ne le permet pas non plus. Un effort fait sur le buffet du repas du soir coté salades fruits épices, soupes froides, atelier de découpe de charcuterie, grand choix de pains... Par contre, le côté grill est decevant car poissons et viandes sont beaucoup trop cuits, peu de légumes. Le personnel, cette année était tendu, à peine aimable, peu souriant et non reactif surtout en salle. Seul Marcello (l'ancien) revenu en cours de séjour est hors catégorie car il est souriant, bien veillant et pro actif. La patronne, fidèle à elle même est toujours un rayon de soleil, chalereuse, très attentive à ses clients réguliers.
