Nice hotel just right outside of the old town Santiago but within 10min walk. Staff is very nice and the bed was super comfy. Style wise a little old and dated but very clean. We got a nice and big room!

Room was clean - reception staff rude. I was on Camino so maybe I didn’t look the part. Their attitude changed towards me when I presented my metal card. Do better. Every should be treated the same when staying at a 5 star hotel regardless of their appearance

The room was a bit worn but otherwise decent size and average comfort. The basics one expects with any hotel were not provided: no coffee maker in the room so no coffee with buying it downstairs; no hot water for tea, u y less tea bags; in fact not even a small bottle of drinking water was provided. When I used the shower I discovered that the soap dispenser was completely empty and no pucks of soap were provided. There is a restaurant on site but when we went for dinner after a day´s hike we were told that the restaurant doesn’t have any dinner service and there was no room seri de. The basics one expects with any hotel at the 3 star level or above were simply not there.

Very comfortable and roomy

Our room was good sized and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and a nice shower as well. The staff were always friendly a very helpful. I would recommend Eurostars Araguaney and I would stay again.
