Interesting place. We selected due to proximity to the airport in order to minimize driving immediately upon arrival after a 24-hour trip, but proximity is not particularly relevant in Santiago, so a nerve racking drive was still required. Even though a bit far from city center and Uber may not be too happy if you need a ride, this is a fine place to stay for a very inexpensive price.

KEIN CHECK IN !!!! UNGLAUBLICH. 9 Anrufe aus dem Taxi.Keine Antwort, obwohl meine Ankunftszeit ziemlich genau vorher per Whatsapp angekündigt u.bestätigt(!!!). Dann endlich antwortete jd. am Tel. Trotzdem kam lange niemand das Tor zu öffnen für mein Taxi.Dauerhupen auch innen vor der Haustür. Eine junge Lady öffnete wieder nicht, sondern tel. Da platzte mir der Kragen.Ich cancelte. Mein Taxifahrer suchte für mich ein Hotel aus. Ich sandte von dort eine Beschwerde nebst Absage per Whatsapp. Man antwortete ohne sich zu entschuldigen, ja wollte sogar noch möglichst mich verantwortlich machen. Ich kann gern die Korrespondenz + den Taxifahrer als Zeugen benennen. Ich bin schon viel gereist: ganz Europa, halb Asien und Afrika, Nord-u.Südamerika. So eine Frechheit, so null Service ist mir noch nie begegnet. Übrigens spreche ich alltagstauglich Spanisch und lebe in diesem Land 19 Jahre. Schöner Garten...aber Service = 0. Achten Sie bitte darauf, daß keine Abbuchung erfolgt.

I liked having the dormitory to myself

It was good I just didn't like how they asked me for extra money after I already paid online to stay there for 1 day. But the location was gated up and in a safe quiet area.

It was indeed a secret garden scary driving in to

For the price what could i expected.although it is an old hotel it needs care uppn arrival one night a huge spider in the bathroom tjat did it for me could not sleep for the rest of my stay/ 1 ot 3 dsys mo hot water lotd of flies in eating area.there was a gentleman looks like he resides there was very rude while having a conversation with one of the staff walkd right thru without saying excuse in the morning you say good morning no acknowledgment very disappointed Noemi/Erick pleasantt

Paradise in the midst of the city

At the per night rate we werent expecting much, a roach motel at best. But to our delighted surprise we found an almost perfect hiding place. The winding garden path, beautiful and tranquil, and safe at any time of day or night. The ample kitchens for do it yourself meals or the optional meal service for basically the price of the ingredients. The multiple areas of relaxation with hammocks , rocking chairs and small tables, and the various dining areas with multiple seating for small parties or meetings. Unexpected at places with three times their rate. Yes we will and have recommended Sana, tu jardin secreto, and have made plans to return.

a beautifully landscape secret oasis

You feel at home once you walk in. Everything you need is just a drive away or delivery available and me and my guest utilized the nice fully equip kitchen. Car service and tour guide was very helpful. Took the biggest room which you can walk out to a beautiful view from large balcony while you lay back in a hammock or just sit as you take it all in. thank you to whole sana staff Sincerely Ronald
