Foods for breakfast are neither tasty nor fresh. The bathroom is too tight. It doesn't suit the categories of a hotel. more like a motel.

Great location. Efficient service. Note: there's no coffee machine in the room and the included breakfast starts at 7:00 ( 7:30 on Sundays). As most trips outside Santiago start before 7:00, you'll probably miss it. This is, obviously, not the hotel fault, but it's something to keep in mind if you can't function in the morning unless properly caffeinated.

Hotel was quite nice, a little dated in some areas, but served our purpose well. We really appreciated being able to set up a taxi through the hotel, for p/up and drop off for airport travel.

Decent spot for a night or two

Room was large and very nice. Bathroom was nice and shower was excellent. Wifi signal was strong. Breakfast was decent. My room was on the 3rd floor and road noise was significant. As we were trying to check out, we realized that all of our keycards had been deactivated prior to the posted check out time. We all had to go back to lobby, get our keys re-activated, go grab our bags, and go back downstairs to check out. Needlessly aggravating and a poor final impression for the stay.

Me parece un hotel adecuado para una estancia rápida en la que cubre tus necesidades de hospedaje y comodidad, limpio, desayuno bueno. Justo para su valor. Las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas. Lo único es que afuera está la parada de bus y se llegan indigentes. Pero es cuestión de tener precaución. Tiene tiendas de conveniencia al lado y panaderías, y varias cosas que te sirven para cumplir necesidades básicas… para pasear ya iras a tus tour programados…

Das Zimmer war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Am ersten Tag gab es kein Wi-Fi, aber das wurde behoben. Kritisch sehe ich, dass das Personal beim ersten einchecken nicht gewillt war, meinen Rucksack für 4 Stunden zu deponieren.

Es una habitación amplia, bien iluminada y con muy buena ventilación. Tal como decía la descripción tiene un buen espacio de escritorio para trabajar, sofá, caja de seguridad. Me volvería a hospedar ahí con gusto.

Excelente ubicación me encantó!!!! pero faltan cosas esenciales q se le brindan a los huéspedes no hay jabonera para colocar el jabón no hay clinex no hay plancha d ropa no dejan ni siquiera agua para tomar y el desayuno nada d variado todos los días lo mismo.

El desayuno es bueno pero la variedad es la misma todos los días. Si es posible, espero hacer más cambios. El personal de servicio tiene una excelente actitud y hará todo lo posible para ayudar a los pasajeros a resolver los problemas. Si llega temprano o necesita salir temprano, puede esperar en el lobby (no hay espacio de almacenamiento). La habitación está limpia en general. En general, es un hotel bastante bueno.

Muito bom. Recomendo!

Excelente hotel. Cama extremamente confortável e quarto um tamanho bom. Bem localizado, próximo a estação santa Lucia e universidade do chile. Obs: faltou apenas um espelho de corpo inteiro no quarto, mas continuo dando 5 estrelas, pois acredito que o espelho agregaria/melhoraria a experiência do hospede, mas mesmo sem ele, o quarto contina maravilhoso.

Foi uma agradável surpresa... apesar de termos sido advertidos de que a localização do hotel não seria a mais indicada, para nós que fomos para descansar e passear, foi tudo de bom! Inclusive o hotel dispõe de TV smart com algumas plataformas de streaming, "surpresa" que nos distraiu bastante. Vejam bem com qual empresa fazer passeios, nunca contratem com a SOMOS TOUR, é roubada! De qualquer forma, confiram bem as condições das excursões...

Excelente escolha para hospedagem

O hotel é excelente, todos os funcionários foram simpáticos e solicitos. O hotel é bem limpo e novo. O quarto grande, com uma mini cozinha que possuía microondas, pia e frigobar, ótimo para quem vai com criança. Café da manhã bom.
