A assistência aos hóspedes só funciona em horário comercial (passamos a primeira noite suando, pois o ar estava com problemas e quase ficamos sem papel higiênico, que é reposto de 2 em 2 dias, assim como o limpeza). Aliás, o ar condicionado é barulhento e portátil (e você precisa deixar a janela aberta para deixar o ar quente sair...) Nas janelas não há black out e por isso à noite fica bastante claro. As acomodações são boas e a localização é o grande diferencial!

I stayed in these suites a week prior to this stay. This is a residential apartment building with apparently the owners (3)rent their places individually. First the Pros, Great location, clean, spacious one bedroom apartment, clean, comfy bed, full kitchen. The cons, No English speaking at front security guard. It’s a bit confusing, guard has to call whoever to get better English speKing rep. Guards are perpetually cranky, not friendly at all. The place was noisy, there was a party happening next door from 8 pm to 6 am. At 3 am they took it outside but remained noisy. The previous night was good. In addition, bathroom ceiling had mold. I think Lastarria properties should decide if they want to be an apartment building or a hotel, in the meantime, install some rules for quiet time and enforce.

Super recomendo.

A apartamento é muito bom, pequeno e funcional. Possui 2 aquecedores (1 na sala e outro no quarto) o apt ficava quentinho o tempo todo. Cama grande e confortavel, banheiro com otimas toalhas, cozinha funcional. Foi feita limpeza diária. Minha única crítica é que a porta do quarto estava quebrada, o ideal era que estivesse funcionando para o quarto ficar mais aquecido já que fomos num período de muito frio. Chegamos de madrugada e o porteiro ja estava nos esperando com a chave e um envelope com todas as instruções, fizemos o pagamento no dia seguinte sem pressa.

Localização privilegiada, com excelentes restaurantes e cafés ao entorno. Estação de metrô muito próxima. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente, na primeira noite tivemos problema com aquecimento, dia seguinte estava resolvida e recebemos um desconto decorrente ao desconforto da primeira noite.

Great location.

Great location, it's a studio with kitchenette, one bedroom, one bathroom, and a small TV room. I's located within a apartment building, therefor there's not room service or so but there are many coffee shops and excellent restaurants within a few steps of it. There's also a security desk 24/7 to help .

O apartamento é adequado para no máximo 3 pessoas: mais do que isso, fica desconfortável! A portaria é 24 horas, é possível entrar de madrugada e fazer o check in só pela manhã, tudo muito fácil e seguro! Estacionamento por US$ 10 a noite! Recomendo demais! Mas.....muito mais pela localização (não há melhor em Santiago) do que pelo apartamento! Achei bem silencioso e não tove nenhum problema com o banho (coisas que li em outros relatos)

La ubicación de estos departamentos es excelente. En general, son espacios agradables, útiles y con buena disposición de lo que uno necesita para pasar unos días en Santiago. La condición de los departamentos es buena, aunque podrían estar algo mejor mantenidos: por ejemplo, el duchador tenía una pérdida que hacía que mucha agua se perdiera y hubiera menor presión de agua. La limpieza es buena, pero no tienen servicio de mucamas los domingos, cosa que no nos fue informada ni tenida en cuenta al momento de proveer lo básico para el baño: shampoo, jabones. La wifi no funcionó correctamente en ningún momento de la estadía. El personal es correcto.

Excelente estadia como um todo, muito limpo o apto., com cozinha e geladeira, banheiros quase 100% (só achei um pequeno fio de cabelo na parede e no domingo não houve limpeza, mas são mais detalhes apenas, sem impactar na avaliação final), cama confortável, vista bonita, acesso e localização excelente, do lado do parque e dos melhores restaurantes, ar condicionado portátil mas muito potente, com vaga na garagem, recepção 24h, muito bom de verdade.

Loved this place - loved it.

This is not really a hotel, you are renting an apartment in an apartment building. They meet you there and give you a key to an awesome apartment an you just leave the key on the table instead of checking out. It's such a great deal, a cheap place that was clean and had full kitchen with pots and pans. We loved this place, right in the heart of an incredible neighborhood. I can't say enough good thing about this place. The location was just awesome.

The hostess is very nice and helpful. The guy at the front desk who is the one you have to work with full time is quite the opposite. Room AC doesn’t work properly, glasses were dirty, and shower ran out of hot water in about a minute or two. Not what I would have expected from a hotel. Upside is good location.

The best location to explore Santiago

Second time staying at this building. Love the location. You can walk to downtown, Italia, bellavista and forestral. The U Catolica metro is a minute walk away. Lost points for hotel staff. The check-in lady was pleasant, but the building is an apartment building not a hotel. I understand the reception staff are not there to be concierge, but the older chubby man with short hair and glasses was very unpleasant. We were almost shooed away before we could check in.

Embora eu tenha deixado claro no momento da reserva, que por motivos de saúde, eu precisava de um apartamento bem arejado, sem cheiro de mofo, entre outras coisas... Foi nos disponibilizado um apartamento no qual eu entrava e já começava a passar mal, espirrando sem parar, o ar condicionado não funcionava, e mesmo que funcionasse, estava na sala e não no dormitório. Fazia 33 graus em média e o apartamento pegava sol o dia todo, não havia condições de dormir. Informei a administração e solicitei a troca de apart, fomos atendidos, mas o problema foi apenas amenizado, não havia tanto cheiro e por ser do outro lado do prédio, não ficava tão abafado, mas ainda assim ficava e o ar condicionado mencionado??? Nada!!! Na verdade, se fosse no inverno, o apart atenderia muito bem.

Ótima localização!!!

O local tem ótima localização. Fica a poucos metros do metro U. Católica e do lado do Cerro Sta. Lucia. Fácil acesso a pé para a rua Agustinas onde tem as casas de câmbio, além dos ótimos restaurantes do bairro. O quarto é simples, mas confortável. Tem uma cozinha, um sofá cama e uma porta que divide o quarto da sala. A única coisa que pode melhorar é a manutenção das torneiras da banheira que não estava tão fixa. O Fernando que fez o nosso check-in foi muito atencioso e nos indicou como chegar nos principais pontos turísticos. Fizemos a reserva do transfer para o aeroporto no dia da volta com eles e o serviço foi ótimo. Foram pontuais e cobraram um peço justo. É um ótimo lugar para um casal ficar!!!
