What a delightful stay! The room had everything I could possibly need, and I especially loved the refillable water bottle – such a thoughtful and sustainable touch. Breakfast was a highlight, with truly excellent coffee to start the day right. Great value for money!

A nice, well-maintained hotel in a safe/convenient area. The breakfast had a very large variety of pastries (a gluten free sandwich can be ordered on request), some fruit and cereals, cheese and meat, and three hot items (scrambled eggs and usually some kind of sausage or eggplant with melted cheese). Seems to cater mainly to Spanish and Portuguese speakers (eg. the restaurant does not have an English menu). The staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

An OK hotel in good neighborhood

Our stay at Novotel Santiago Provedencia was OK. The front desk was not that friendly. Not all of the front desk staff spoke English. The quality of towels were not good in the room. The breakfast was very good. The hotel location is good and in a safe neighborhood.

Comfortable and cosy stay

Very comfortable, clean and cosy rooms. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Since I was not feeling too good, they gave us an early check in. There is a free water filter, so you do not need to buy any mineral water.
