Péssimo: conservação. Corredor de acesso aos quartos térreos cheirando a urina, unidade 104 com fechadura com miolo solto, travando na virada de fechar; chuveiro SEM ÁGUA PARA BANHO (foto) e, segundo o serviço de recepção, nem deveria ter sido ocupada. Absurdo! Minha esposa e eu tivemos que sair na noite fria e garoando para tomar banho em outra unidade e retornar; gancho pendura toalha solto, quase caindo (foto). Toalhas ruins, finas, antigas e que enxarcam ao usarmos, principalmente as de banho. Mesa do café da manhã: balançando, sem a quarta unidade dos quatro pés, o que descobrimos ao usar e, por pouco, não sujamos nossa roupa com o banho do líquido do café. Médio: atendimento das pessoas. O Sr. que nos atendeu foi rápido a disponibilizar outra unidade, a que usamos para o banho. Ao que indicam as respostas dos colaboradores que dão duro lá, a manutenção das coisas demora a acontecer, mesmo com várias solicitações. NÃO RECOMENDO E SE ALGUÉM ME PERGUNTAR CONTAREI EM DETALHES o que sintetizei aqui. Ruim, um absurdo. O médio em virtude da interação nas situações que ninguém espera passar. Por exemplo, ao sairmos o atendimento no checkou disse que sabia que tivemos "UM PROBLEMINHA" na madrugada de ontem... ponto de vista do profissional de atendimento bem a cara do hotel, HÁ PROBLEMAS E SÃO COLOCADOS DE LADO, SÃO MINIMIZADOS.

Tive uma estadia confortável e fui muito bem atendida pela Recepção na minha chegada e nas demais necessidades que tive. Quarto é simples e passou por reformas de melhoria, fato que o deixou mais agradável. A pia do banheiro é bem pequena o que dificulta utilizá-la. Identifiquei vários pontos de bolor na tubulação de água do banheiro. O chuveiro é ótimo e proporciona um banho agradável. A cama é confortável, tudo bem organizado e havia um mimo delicioso elaborado pelo pessoal do hotel. O café da manhã possui variedade e achei muito bom. O corredor do primeiro pavimento é um tanto quanto barulhento e quem possui o sono leve poderia ter dificuldades para dormir.

Nota 8.

Não posso dizer muito pois não fiquei tanto tempo assim. Mas a estrutura do hotel não facilita na questão barulho. Infelizmente tive más companhias de vizinhos muito barulhentos pelos corredores. Banheiro muito apertadinho, mas o quarto bem confortável.
