My first experience in Santo Domingo, staff is very friendly, property quite clean (not the terrace outside) eating around is limited, there is a small restaurant at the building but very basic. Overall good experience, I'll be back

Fine for a night. Too understaffed though.

It's severely understaffed, sauna services are not punctual and some of the facilities need maintenance. Other than that it's clean enough, it's confortable and the amenities are very good.

We were pleasantly surprised to find an ocean view! There is a beautiful city view from the rooftop pool. We only stayed one night as planned but would stay again. There is an elevator!

IMPROVED

They improved the place by improving the internet service. It's the first thing I've noticed. The Wi-Fi was good before but it is excellent now. They also now have a restaurant on the 8th floor.
