Excellent stay! The property was exceptionally clean, safe, and well-maintained. I’ve stayed in several places in Boca Chica, and this is one of the best. The beach is only 5 minutes away, and there are great food options nearby. Kelvin was friendly and communicative from the start, and the staff was very helpful, especially the security team. I highly recommend this property—100% trustworthy, and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Boca del Mar. The apartment was nice and clean, it had two bedrooms and it had all the amenities that we needed including a washer and a dryer so we could wash our clothes. What was important for us was that it had a garage under the building with safe and secure parking for our car.

Comfortable apartment near it all

The apartment was everything I needed. The kitchen was fully functional, WiFi was strong, and the AC units in the room worked perfectly. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was always on time.

Ive stayed at this place twice while visiting ghe Dominican Republic. Ive enjoyed my stay both times and kevin is a great manager. His staff less so i came into the room around 2:30 and found the maid playing music and relaxing on the bed. She then stepped out of her lane and told me i owed $280. I pulled up the text from kevin showing id paid that the previous week. My girlfriend wished the room had a pressure cooker and a food processor or blender. I simply wish they provided additional trash bags since it was a 2 week stay. Wash cloths would have been nice as well as i did bring my own bar of soap. Its a well maintained and run property and if not for the trash bags and the mouthy maid it would have been almost perfect.
