Cold shower with no water pressure. Owners did attempt to remedy reservation problems but lack communication with customers. Was accidentally checked out of my room although accommodation was confirmed twice. When I returned to enter my room, my possessions were in bags and I was escorted to another hotel, which management paid for. These are good people but need better communication unfortunately.

Le personnel a été incroyablement accueillant et serviable. Même si je ne parlais pas espagnol, ils m’ont guidée et aidée avec patience et gentillesse. Mon téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et ils m’ont même permis d’utiliser celui de l’hôtel pour communiquer avec ma fille. Un service exceptionnel qui m’a vraiment touchée. Je recommande fortement cet établissement !
