The view from the room is amazing!! I would note that the patio is shared with your neighbors and the rooms are a little smaller than what’s shown in the picture. But the staff is super nice and helpful. They gave us recommendations on things to do and even helped with our luggage (there’s a lot of stairs).

Overall, our stay at the hotel was good. We really enjoyed the convenient location, the breakfast, and the peaceful atmosphere. I do think the room could have been cleaner, but considering the price we paid, I felt it was fair. Unfortunately, the most uncomfortable part of our stay was finding ants in the bed. We had to call the staff to have the room cleaned, and although they took care of it, the experience was quite unsettling and made it difficult to fully relax and sleep afterward. With a little more attention to cleanliness, the overall experience could be much better.

Breathtaking views and a great location. The Pearl Suite was very clean and comfortable, and the pool was also clean and well maintained, with good privacy thanks to the parasols. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the dining area was never too crowded. The property could benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment in a few areas, but this was not a major issue for us. The breathtaking views and cleanliness made up for it and made our stay very enjoyable. There are not too many stairs to reach the reception, but there are quite a few more (steep and narrow) to reach some of the rooms. The staff kindly helped us with our luggage at check-in, which was much appreciated. However, carrying two pieces of hold luggage up the stairs ourselves at check-out was quite tiring, so this is something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

The room was clean but the smell is terrible ! The furniture is old but the bed mattress was fine . We liked the small refrigerator and a/c in the room. The bathroom is small and it needs more hooks . We only got set of one pool towel and one bath towel . Pool was freezing cold and safe was detached ! I would not book this hotel again!

If your goal is to find a place that doesn’t break the bank and offers an absolutely incredible view, this is the place you need to book. However, there are a few trade-offs for the view and the price you pay. Staff was very helpful at check-in, carried the bags down all the stairs to get to our family room, when we found ants in a bed they moved someone in our party to another room at no charge which was great. Of course, there were ants in her bed…. So while the staff was great to deal with it was something we still had to deal with. There was no real place to store your luggage off the floor, the fridge was there but pretty small for the duration of our stay. Part of the reason we booked that specific room was that it is advertised with a private hot tub. ‘Hot’ in Santorini or perhaps Europe when referencing a tub is different than North America. The ‘hot’ tub was more of a cold tub, which honestly felt okay after long days of walking and touring around, however, it was definitely NOT hot. The same goes for the pool. An actual hot tub would have been great for the time of year we were there especially with the view offered. The breakfast was decent and certainly set the day off right and saved some cash, food or really anything in the area is not cheap! We would likely consider other options over this one if we were in the area again.

Love love loved our stay here. The view is the star of the show! Waking up to that incredible Santorini caldera view is indescribable, The location is great (only short walk from main road). Basically, the whole stay felt very much like the Santorini experience I was hoping for. If you’re choosing a place in Santorini mainly for the view, this is a very good choice. Would happily stay here hundred times again!

This property was in the perfect spot with amazing views of Skaros rock. Many restaurants nearby and only about a 15 minute walk to Fira. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only slight negative is that parts of the room are very low so if you’re taller then 6 feet you may find yourself hitting your head off a doorway but that’s not the fault of the owners. Amazing stay would recommend!

We arrived around 11 pm and it was extremely difficult to find the reception. We searched for about 45 minutes. There was nobody in the night to guide us. Finally I went down and then an ice cream shop owner gave directions to go down the steps passing a gate. Also nobody was responding to multiple phone calls. It would have been a lot easier if they had an arrow sign leading to the reception.

Although the hostess was super friendly , I have to be honest , never experienced hotel like this before. Definitely overrated by expedite . First off you cannot see the hotel from the street . You have to go through the alley between the restaurants. Hike down the trail, then climb down 2 floors to get to the hotel lobby. Then depends on where you room is have to climb down 2 -3 more floors. Room was very small 8ft x 11 ft. (88 sq ft or 8 sq meters). Alot of excercise and definitely not for the handycap.

Day 1 check in there were over 20 mosquitoes on the wall, shower water always flooded the bathroom and after smell is bad, I specifically got a room jacuzzi that was the main part and guess what jacuzzi didn’t work, we asked the staff many times to look in to this and they did but response was its not working , we asked to change room and they said we have a sold out property, as i then called Expedia to place a complaint they then called the hotel and spoke with hotel owner. The owner lied and said the hotel the jacuzzi is work only because he didn’t want to give us any money back as expedia requested, our room did come with an iron or any coffee, although ill highlight the staff was amazing including the property manager she was a very nice lady, the staff was by accommodating. Its a old hotel needs upkeeping

Beautiful views, but we had no privacy sitting outside as our neighbour was sitting there smoking from early morning till late at night. And there was no wall between outside space. The room was very narrow and had a particular perfume smell and was noisy at night with probably other people’s airconditioning. The breakfast was really good. Lots of stairs, hard to get to our room with suitcases and nobody offered help. The views were really great and that makes it worth staying for 1 or 2 nights.
