Maria was amazing! My friend had an injury the second day we were in Santorini. Maria helped us find health care and moved us to a room downstairs free or charge so my friend did not have to walk up/down stairs. The staff and facilities were great.

Great experience staying here and Maria was very helpful. She went above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible and made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast and coffee was also very delicious and the property had an amazing scent upon entry which was pleasant and reassuring!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Maria is so kind and really helped us with all of our accommodations and needs. Breakfast in the morning is amazing so make sure you eat there. The pool and rooms are beautiful and clean. The hotel is within walking distance from Fira which is where you can take a bus to whereever you want to go( busses are great because they are 2E… taxis will charge 40E for driving 5 mins down the road… it’s insane). Anyway you should book this hotel. It was our favorite on our entire Greece trip

We had a great time staying here. It’s only a 20 minute walk to the city center of Fira. A couple of grocery store, convenience store, restaurant, cafe options, minimart much closer too. Felt very safe in this neighborhood. Our receptionist was very helpful and quick to respond. Nice pool and very quiet residence which we appreciated. I wish the balcony was more private, there was a safe box and drawers for storage, and the hot tub inside our room was warm instead of cold. We didn’t know how to change the settings unfortunately.

Must stay! Katerina and Markella were amazing hosts! The hotel is a 7 minute walk to the bus stop and about 27 to town back (if you don’t want to wait for the bus). The property is surrounded by restaurants but don’t leave to go anywhere for breakfast… their breakfast is amazing (it’s 10 Euro cash). Also, if you to take a transfer anywhere they ask that you give them 20 minutes and it’ll be there! By far an amazing experience at this hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay!

L'hôtel correspond à l'annonce et aux photos données. Il est situé dans un endroit calme et reposant à une dizaine de minutes en voiture de Fira. La chambre avec le bain à remous est exceptionnelle. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit-déjeuner proposé est très bon et varié.

Greek hospitality at its best! Family owned hotel that has you feeling like you’re part of the family, everyone is always ready to help with any requests you may have and go an extra mile. Strategically located few minutes away from Fira and absolutely centic. Hotel is beautifully decorated and super clean. True Cycladic style with a modern twist. Room was even more then we expected, Spacious and with all the amenities that you need. Beautifully decorated and with so much charm. Always kept clean and tidy. Pool area is also gorgeous, loved spending time lounging around it and taking a dip in the pool. We would love to come back first chance we get and we’ll definitely recommend it to any friends that want to visit Santorini.

Wunderbarer Ort für einen romantischen Urlaub

Sehr schönes, kleines Haus mit nur sieben Zimmern. Familiäre Atmosphäre, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten Zimmer 103, ein sehr sauberes, stilvoll eingerichtetes, helles Zimmer. Grundsätzlich war das gesamte Haus, Zimmer, Innenhof und Poolbereich, alles immer blitzsauber! Transfer vom/zum Flughafen wurde (trotz später Ankunft) super organisiert. Gäste waren ausschließlich (junge) Paare (Wir waren mit 50+ definitv die ältesten Gäste). Das kontinentale Frühstück gab es frisch zubereitet auf einem Tablett, serviert im Innenhof neben dem Pool oder wahlweise auch auf dem eigenen Balkon (was wir bevorzugten, da unser Balkon morgens noch im Schatten lag). Es gab jeden Morgen Kaffee, Saft, Joghurt, Müsli, Brot, Ei, Käse, Kochschinken oder Pute, Marmelade, Honig und Gebäck. Emerald Collection Suites liegt in Karterados in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ca. 500 Meter von der Bushaltestelle Karterados entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich auch 2-3 Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und einige Autovermietungen. Wir können es nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit noch einmal dort buchen.

Emerald suites is really nice and close walk to bars and restaurants. The reception not always present but we were able to catch them to book taxi which was on time to catch the ferry the next day. The room is beautiful we were not expecting such a nice room. The pool was really relaxing and just outside our room. Beach towels were available outside. I would stay here again !
