Amazing private villa. You will experience great sunrise. Pool is amazing and depth is about 6ft. Staff is absolutely amazing. They can be contacted via whatsapp and respond promptly to any queries you may have. Villa was cleaned daily. I’d highly recommend hiring a bike/vehicle as taxi can be a bit expensive if you need to use regularly and main road has an incline of about 40m from the property. Tap water is not drinkable, you will need to buy them. There’s a grocery store nearby and it is about 15mins walk. I’d definitely revisit.

This place was amazing, the photos don’t do this property justice. Every morning I woke up to a beautiful sunrise, the best I’ve ever seen. In a gorgeous room and I private pool. Additionally the service was impeccable, everyone was so responsive, quick and friendly. They provide private cars, great food and made any reservations I could think of. Overall amazing experience, I cannot wait to return.

Our stay was absolutely magical and our favorite stay thus far. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Marinos, whose hospitality truly elevated our experience. The house itself was spectacular, perfect layout, spacious and the highlight, undoubtedly, the private pool—perfect amount of relaxation and privacy. It’s Conveniently located between Oía and Fira Marinos, was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout our stay and helped us set up a couples massage in the house. The wait staff had impeccable service—always prompt, courteous, and respectful of our privacy. We are already planning our return!!! For anyone seeking a romantic getaway in Santorini, Mardanza is an absolute must.

We don’t typically post reviews but we felt compelled to do so as a result of the terrible experience we had with the manager/owner of Mardanza Exclusive, Marinos. My girlfriend decided to surprise me on our 3-year anniversary with a couples massage at our villa. There was nothing on the Mardanza site stating that we were required to schedule massages through them, so she booked and submitted payment. When the masseuses arrived he literally lost his mind. Immediately, he was very offensive through his text messages with me. When we got on the phone he started yelling at me, telling me that this is against their “rules and regulations”. I explained that this was an honest mistake, we had already paid for the services, and if we could please make an exception given the circumstances – he said absolutely not. When I went to meet the masseuses at the gate the explained to me that there was no law against them servicing us – so I proceeded to let them in for the service. Within minutes, Marinos was calling my cell phone and our villa phone incessantly. When we refused to pick up, he literally came to our villa and started to ring our doorbell nonstop. My girlfriend let the villa to speak with him and he told her that if she did not ask the masseuses to leave immediately he would continue to ring our doorbell, nonstop, until they leave. If you are considering this property I would strongly encourage you to consider another option

The accommodation was beautiful, it has everything you need and more. We had breakfast one day which was delicious. There is a well stocked supermarket 10 minutes walk away, the central area of imerovigli was 15/20 walk up the hill. We would recommend restaurants rare and Aegean (with a view) for reasonably priced good food.

each pool is fully private and secluded, the entire site is also very peaceful as all you can hear from your room is the sound of the waves. You do not get a sunset view as the sun sets on the opposite side of the island but you do get a lovely sunrise directly into your room which is so peacful and calming. Even though the breakfast is a little costly, it was one of the best we have ever had as the pastries and bread were served fresh and delicious. The pool is a little chilly though due to the strong winds, but the entire island is windy so just make sure to swim early in the morning while the pool is exposed to the sun. Room service was on point, everything was cleaned so well, they even organised our messy clothes which was nice. All in all it is the perfect place to stay if you want to stay away from the city center of Fira and Oia, taking into consideration that by car Fira and Oia are very close.

We liked the fact that you have your own little villa with your own pool. We liked the view over the sea(not caldera side). Amazing view over the sunrise. What we didn’t like was the cleaning staff coming unannounced, pretty early(8.30 am), took away the morning privacy. Also there’s no shade on the terrace for the sunbeds, a beach umbrella would’ve been welcome.

What a great place. Fantastic views of the sea, very clean rooms, staff and management are exceptionally helpful and always available to help with reservations and transport. Loved the experience.
