Nice location, nice friendly service but hotel was not clean, towles weren't fresh and not soft probably they hang dry them. The indoor pool didn't work and water was cold. Not high standard feel to it and no inhouse breakfast.you have to go to next door restaurant. overall, not very convenient and the vibe us not there.

Sentralt beliggende med mye støy

Fint rom men utrolig mye støy fra aircondition og kjøleskap. Vi måtte koble fra kjøleskap om natten og skru av aircondition. Det er heller ingen resepsjon eller mulighet for å oppbevare bagasje etter at du har sjekket ut. Rommet vi hadde var på bakkeplan inntil hovedgaten med fin utsikt, men når det ligger så nærme gata at det er satt opp gjerde for å minske innsyn så hjelper det lite.

비수기에 운영해서 불안했지만 룸 상태나 주인의 친절도에 만족 침대 앞에 유리문이 있어서 색다른 뷰를 볼 수 있는 것이 가장 큰 장점

Oia review

Great location in the middle of oia, however, not private at all. People walking by could see into the private terrace with jacuzzi so was uncomfortable to sit out. Otherwise okay, but very expensive for what was offered.

book the Bliss suite!

Loved it. We had the bliss suite, highest viewpoint (in our opinion) of Oia. Watching the sunsets from the hot tub. Made our evenings the best. Mario - thank you for everything, amazing, urgent, attentive service.

We had high hopes for this property as the pictures look incredible, however, the room we had did not match the pictures from our booking. Also, our room smelled terribly of chlorine and I tried to sleep with the door open for a few hours to get the smell to dissipate. A few other issues with the room, was the cleanliness... the floor was dirty, lots of things weren't working properly (like the shower head which kept turning off), and the staff left their iPad in the room and other random things just because. It was very odd. The property manager, Elvis, greeted us, helped with our bags and showed up the room. That was all fine until I asked if we could order food or do laundry (I had been traveling for 2 weeks). He was clearly very annoyed I wanted help with these things. He very reluctently took my laundry (asked for just one color since the laundry place can apparently only do one color) and when he gave it back to me 2 days later it smelled of cigarrettes and was just stuff into a plastic bag, not folded. He also very relucently told us what we could order for breakfast, but that the breakfast they could provide really wasn't great and it wouldn't be available until 9am. He heavily suggested we not do it. On the positive side, the view was incredible and the location is hard to beat, especially for the price. Overall, I would not stay here again...

Diferente do que demonstra nas fotos, este hotel não fica localizado na caldeira e sim na parte de tras da rua. Portanto, se voce quiser ter a vista da caldeira procure outro local.

The room was very small. When I opened the door, it touched the bed. We were in the serenity suite with NO serenity. The room is in a very busy section with essentially no oven view from deck.

O pino no mapa está mal posicionado e não representa a real localização. Fica um pouco mais longe da ponta de Oia, mas é bem localizado. A falta de recepção é um problema real, pois é necessário entrar em contato com o host e encontrar com ele em algum ponto em Oia, pois o pino não representa a localização real. A banheira é quente e não há opção de água fria. Não comporta duas pessoas na banheira, pois a água transborda e não tem para onde escoar, inundando o quarto. Não há estacionamento privado e, desta forma na alta temporada, se você pretende alugar um carro, não se hospede aqui. É extremamente difícil estacionar em Oia. Ao comentar a dificuldade do estacionamento com o host, não houve absolutamente nenhuma tentativa de ajudar. Outros hotéis tem estacionamentos privados ao redor. Além destes problemas, a localização e limpeza são ótimas. Quarto bem amplo e confortável.

Hotel was nice, stayed in serenity suite, Elvis was friendly and took good care of us. Loved the location and views! However a few general criticisms: - Asked about checking in early from the beginning via expedia messaging, and wasn't given a clear cut answer until on the day. Wish we could have been told no from the start so we could have been a bit more prepared. - Room did not come with free water bottles as it says on the description. - No iPad - No bathrobes - The room was a bit dirty on the first day, however it might have been because they rushed it so that we can check in earlier? (We were so desperately sleep deprived) - The hot tub was lovely but the jets would randomly turn on and off. And it just happened to turn off always whenever we used it. Would have been fine if it weren't for the fact that the bugs would appear whenever it'd turn off. - Someone would come every day in the morning around 8am and clean the outside patio area and wake us up with the noise.

Great stay!

Really amazing stay. Lovely room and spectacular views. Location is perfect for this place, right in the heart of Santorini! It was easy to find and the management were lovely. Tip - if arriving by port, take up the offer of the transfer from the hotel. Port transfer companies are very expensive and they take hours!!

Beautiful location with amazing view. Check in was super easy. Met by “Elvis” who carried all our bags up the flight of stairs. Very mice space inside. Lived the little bakery next door and the fact that it wasn’t in the craziest section of the strand

Santorini Espectacular!!!! El hotel está ubicado en toda la calle principal de Oia, es muy bonito y la cama súper cómoda. La piscina estaba un poco sucia pero igual en esta época del año (abril) aún no apetece, pues el clima está muy fresco aún. Muy buena atención.

Santorini Beauty within and all around

I completely enjoyed staying at the OIA Collection Boutique Suites and I have to say that we were taken care of by Mario and he was absolutely amazing. He provided us with a level above and beyond any experience I have ever had with a property. He was very involved with us in helping us arrange dinner plans, taxis, and was even willing to assist me in finding a doctor when I wasn't feeling well. He actually offered to take me to one. He was amazing. I truly felt spoiled. The property itself was nice as well. Our friends stayed a little distance from us and each of the units were a bit different - each offering their own uniqueness. The two bedroom unit was my favorite. Our friends stayed there and had a beautiful large balcony as well as a large rooftop for viewing of the sunset. Our unit viewed the volcano - but was beautiful as well. I highly recommend staying at this property as well as having the luxury of Mario to take care of you.

The room was nice. Check in is a little different, I don’t believe there was a physical site for check in. Because everything is on the hillside the bathroom is down 3 big steps from the bed area.

View from the room's balcony is superb as can view both the sunrise and sunset. Location is quiet and located just outside the main road avoiding the street maze and avoiding tourists walking outside your door steps. However, the Suite (Senses) room that I've booked was different from the photo on the website. There were no toothbrush/toothpaste/ bathrobe slippers provided. Hair found in the bath towel. There wasn't any front desk located at the property, neither was there any front desk/concierge that was mentioned from the website.
