Great location, we rented a car and we're able to see most of the island....breakfast could have been a bit better but it was good. Nothing was more than a 30 minute ride, staff very polite.

We loved our stay at Horizon Resort. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The pool area is amazing, and has a bar for you to buy drinks whilst you relax by the pool. The breakfast was lovely, always enough food. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

We were sorry to leave Santorini and the Horizon. It was perfect for us and very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The staff were very helpful and George especially. Small but very relaxing environment. I would definitely recommend.

It was a nice location and close to everything. The breakfast was really good. The lady who cleaned the rooms always did a thorough job which we appreciated. The AC kept turning off and the room would get hot. Not sure what the issue was or if it happened to anyone else. I would stay here again if the AC problem was fixed.

Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Aussenbereich und liegt fussläufig von Kamari entfernt. Die Zimmer sind simpel gehalten aber erfüllen ihren Zweck. Sie Putzfee hat sich immer sehr viel Mühe gegeben genau wie der Hotelmann. Er half uns morgens früh einen Shuttle zu organisieren um pünktlich am Hafen anzukommen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut für die kleine Familiengeführte Pension. Aufschnitt, Brot, Müsli, Obst und griechische Spezialitäten wie Feta, Bohnen, Pita etc. waren sehr lecker. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können nichts beanstanden.

It was a convenient location to go to the beach , restaurants , shops and bus station. The staff were excellent. The room was cleaned every day. I would recommended as it was a very relaxing place and so friendly.

The bathrooms are quite small but the overall room was fine. We were very close to the kitchen so we were woken up every day at 6:00 to 6:30. The breakfast was lovely and there was a lot to,choose from. The pool was not heated but the area by the pool was very pretty and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helped us with anything we asked of them.

Horizon hotel stay
The Horizon hotel is a 10 minute walk from the beach and has a lovely pool . I arrived as a single traveller and received a warm welcome and felt very safe . The room was lovely , very clean with a balcony overlooking the sea . The breakfast is continental and you can sit outside in the sun to eat . The hotel is a family business and therefore you feel you are being welcomed into someone’s home . I would definitely return to the Horizon hotel .

This is a small family run hotel with a lovely swimming pool. George and his family are friendly and welcoming. George will help with arranging taxis, trips etc. The place is kept very clean. Rooms have a fridge, kettle and hospitality tray. The bottle of water on the first day is a kind gesture. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to a huge selections of restaurants and bars many of which are adjacent to the black volcanic sand. The local bus stop is nearby.

Tres accueillant. Tres propre. Piscine tres agreable. Hotel manque un peu de modernite. Obligé d'éteindre tout pour ouvrir le coffre. Salle de bains un peu petite. Gel douche non distribué tous les jours.petit dej manque de frais jus de fruits frais et d un peu de diversité (gateaux locaux par ex). Patron trés gentil et accueiilant.

Fantastic stay with a great host who went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We had family in another hotel who we would regularly meet at the beach which was a ~15 minute walk Would definitely recommend. Thank you Horizon

Horizon Resort is immaculately clean, and George and his family are efficient and attentive. George makes an amazing Greek salad, and is happy to pass the time of day with guests, around the pool bar, over a beer or a raki. Due to cancelled flights, we were two days late arriving at the hotel, and George upgraded our rooms at no cost to us. We had a memorable holiday and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Spotlessly clean, nice size property, friendly family run. Adequate breakfast with enough choice. Plenty of sun loungers. Rooms are a little small, however you don't spend a lot of time in your room. The room facilities are good and the balcony a great size. Fantastic comfy bed.

Dear Anzon Lee, You have never stayed at Horizon Resort because you did a no-show. A couple of days before your check-in you decided to send us an email to inform us that you had booked 2 hotels for the same time and you wanted to cancel free of charge the booking with our hotel which we denied. So as a conclusion you give us 4 out of 10 stars because we didn't refund you.

Horizon Resort is a small family run Hotel located on the outskirts of Kamari (5 - 10 minute walk). The rooms are more than adequate with Air-Con, En-suite shower room, hairdryer, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities. Rooms were cleaned daily and thoroughly. Breakfast is in the form of continental breakfast with fruit, bread, cake, cheese, ham, etc and as much as you want. The pool is excellent with no issues over sunbeds and a great poolside service with beer, Raki and food.

Lite, koselig hotell med ypperlig service!
Etter å ha bodd på Horizon Resort i en uke nå er det vanskelig å finne noe å trekke for. Hotellet er et lite, koselig hotell i utkanten av Kamari. Det tar ca 10 minutter å gå til både strand og bysentrum. Rommene er rene og har alt du trenger for en bra ferie! Det beste med dette hotellet er at man føler seg hjemme her. George og familien tar meget godt vare på deg når du er her. Det er ingen ting de ikke ønsker å hjelpe til med og de er genuint opptatt av at du skal ha det best mulig på ferie! Hotellet er enkelt, men det har alt man trenger, frokosten er enkel, men den smaker alltid godt. Maten du får i bassengbaren er også alltid god! Takk George, for et flott og avslappende opphold! 😊

Had a great time in Santorini, host, breakfast and service was great. Walkable distance to beach and restaurants. Special thanks to George at Horizon Hotel. For all his help sending our passports and wallet to the port as soon as we let him know we left them on the hotel room safe.. overall grateful

Hotel was in a quite location away from the restaurants. Hotel is like home from home and is a family run hotel which I loved. Bus stop is not far and the supermarket is close by. The owner is so helpful and so is his family.
