Good Chinese restaurant

At night when we back to hotel, the staff at the entrance ask us our room number, we told him the number many times. He said we not stay in this hotel, maybe the other one. He not willing to drive us to our villa.. And told us that hotel don’t have customers come back so late.

Nobody can speak english. Everytime i asked roomservice,more amenities or cleaning room,they did not understand at all,and took so much time.For the one who cannot speak Chinese,I would rather recommend to stay Mandarin Oriental

不善管理的5星級酒店

酒店內最滿意是餐廳食材和服務，3天晚餐都在中餐廳，我都給好評。另外在ISPA 做了SPA，服務好，資素都好。BELL BOY 有禮貌的，ROOM SERVICES的食物都好。是這些個地方挽回一點點的分數。這次我特意選CONRAD 雙卧間游泳池是因為游泳池夠長夠大，但以下的真是我不敢相信5星級RESORT 的設施及服務! 酒店是RESORT, CONRAD 不會像其他的RESORT HOTEL 有冰毛巾茶水在CHECK IN 時給你，前台員工不會介紹RESORT 的設施，只有BELL BOY 送我們回房間時介紹"這一間是我們的總統套房" ，對我來說是沒有太大的意義吧，我去其他的RESORT 會介紹客人可用的設施，海南的資訊等! 到了房間，房間是大的，但有點舊，而且客廳是沒有插座的，沒有酒店內設施介紹，只有ROOM SERVICE餐單及SPA的資料，2個BATHROOMS 都下了窗簾，拉開窗簾看看，全是枯葉，應該幾個月都沒有人打掃外面，最後一天下大雨時，房間廁所的天花漏水，太差勁了吧! 每天早餐叫車出去西餐廳，等了15分鐘都沒人來接，最後要自己走出去，3天都沒有人來接我們出去吃早餐，是沒有人有上班嗎?! 每一次叫他們先弄走游泳池上的昆蟲及葉子，也沒有人來，就算他們說在我們吃早餐時打掃了，都沒有打掃好游泳池，最後我自己用碟子去花半小時清走昆蟲死屍及葉子，CONRAD 內的人應該不像其他RESORT 懂得清潔游泳池。而且游泳池外沙灘椅上的毛巾3天都沒有換過，因為我在第一天用太陽油弄髒在毛巾上，這就可以讓我知道沒有人換過!!! 太可怕了! 沖涼房內熱水不足，我們只有第一天有熱水，之後2天都沒有熱水洗澡。最後一天下雨，想CHECK OUT 時又打去叫車來接我們，又是等了15分鐘，打過2次電話，都沒人來接，最後要我們打開了房間門口，看到有車時大叫，車才回頭接我們，這是什麼的服務?!而且，正常車子在下雨天會有膠的帳篷加上車的外面，不會弄濕客人，CONRAD 真的很特別，就是要客人感受大自然的雨水。 當然，CHECKOUT 時員工沒有問我們住了3個晚上的感受，因為CONRAD 的員工都不像其他5星級酒店關心客人! 總括而言，我們只是想享受假期，但這家CONRAD好像沒人管理，在第1天和第2天都有向酒店反映，但都不了了之，我都放棄跟CONRAD的員工說了，如果這家是3星的酒店，我可以接受，但這次住CONRAD 的性價比太低了!

Great hotel

Fantastic hotel with beautiful beach, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Checked into a townhouse with a swimming pool, beautiful view.

酒店很大，进出都要用电瓶车！ 在房间里头有游泳池非常有特色

在房间里头有游泳池非常有特色。 还可以到旁边的Hyatt酒店，用统一的餐卷來吃饭。 但是酒店发生了一次停电。

Memorable expereince - made the holiday

We arrived extremely late to the hotel but and had an unfortunate incident with our room flooding from the bathroom. The hotel was quick to correct this and upgraded us for the inconvenience. The team were attentive and meticulous, the room was clean, the location was both good and bad, as we were looking for a relaxing holiday it fitted our needs, however it was a 30 minute drive into town. The food was exquisite, really above par however was it was expensive but worth it. The management team and the staff were first class and I would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

Nice hotel, worth to go

The hotel located at quiet place, suitable for relax trip with family. Although it was fully occupied, you will not find so crowed, unless having breakfast. The swimming pool is good, quite large area for sunshines, easy to reach to the beach. The room is comfortable. However, the room fixture has be improved.

Hawaii like Oasis in China

The Conrad in Sanya is beautifully positioned with fabulous gardens. Getting there was an adventure - the local airport is very small with essentially no assistance or English speaking staff. We only managed by luck to get into a cab, after facing abuse from van operators, who where very pushy. Fortunately i had seen a previous post that said the taxi fare was 150 - so was able to fend off demands for 400 and up! It is unfortunate that the hotel is not more forward in arranging transfers, like other hotels appeared to offer. Although the staff at the hotel are very polite, and try very hard, only a few of them have sufficient english to communicate your needs. We stayed in a Villia, which was beautifully positioned. Unfortunately the pool was not cleaned at all during the stay and by the 8th day was dirty. The cleaning staff did not seem to understand the issue. The gym is very very small, and half of the machines were not working. We were able to use the larger gym next door at the Hilton, but it was quite a walk. The afternoon tea and happy hour were very nice.
