Good place to stay in Sanya

Our trip as a family of 4 with teenagers was good! The views from the balconies are amazing. The beach is across the street making it convenient to go. Staff did not have much English, but with a translation app, were very prompt in helping. Large buffet breakfast. A beautiful spot for afternoon tea as well.

Be prepared for a very stiff bed surface, I lived in China for awhile, so I thought I had adjusted, but this bed was uncomfortable.

Don`t book this hotel

It was a terrible experience .We are a big family coming to Sanja to celebrate Christmas and this hotel we have booked 5 rooms .I came to the hotel first and find out the hotel did not have the same things that they have promise on their site. It was an old hotel , the room was dirty , we try to change the room twice but still it is dirty and noisy. We stayed 1 night and then we moved out. The staff was not helpful and they didn't`t care. The breakfast was a joke. Breakfast until 1000a.m. and lights off the restaurant 5 minutes to 10 a.m.Coffee is some brown water cold of course and when I asked the staff who do not speak a word English (nobody do)he just do not care. The coffee shop and restaurant they said they provide food is a lie. Everything do not exist even though is on the menu. We arrived at the hotel around 2.p.m. and wants to eat but everything in the hotel is closed and we have to find something to eat outside the hotel? I change hotel the next day even though I could not contact hotel.com I was glad I could cancel my brother`s room and book for us somewhere nice.

Nice hotel near a nice beach.

Location is nice as you can cross the street to the ocean beach. Hotel has a nice swimming pool as well. The Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor has very good food.

Will not stay in this hotel again!

Anyone can go up to the rooms, you don't need a card access to get up to the hotel rooms. We even got advertisement leaflets under our door. Room is quiet dark as hotel is using yellow lights. Cleanliness is so-so, we spill some liquid on the floor and used tissue to wipe off. To our disgust, the tissue is black. The floor has black tiles so you can see that the floor is dirty. Housekeeping staff is quite responsive when we asked for extra pillows and towel. Hotel environment is noisy as the road is just beside the beach. The cars are always horning away early in the morning. You never have a quiet moment on the beach as it always crowded with people and loud music. Do not expect much on TV channels as you are only allowed to watch CCTV channels only. Breakfast is chaotic especially during weekends. Do not have high expectations on the food, it's edible only when you are hungry and only 1 type of beverage is drinkable. The rest of the drinks are highly diluted.

across from beach and boulevard along beach. within walking distance to shopping and eateries. Large room with balcony with view of beach and sea. Staff are polite and helpful.
