Good comes with the Bad

The hotel is aged and the good comes with some bad. Comfortable, rustic aesthetic. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning in the rooms and easy parking. But there aren’t any other amenities, the breakfast was below average for a Brazilian hotel (not only was the selection limited, but they didn’t replenish the eggs or pão de queijo when they were gone). And I was also disappointed with the service. I asked for an extra half hour for check out to complete a work meeting online and I was denied. I had to conduct the meeting in the lobby and they vacuumed the carpet while I was on the meeting, so I could barely hear or talk. I don’t think I have ever had this request denied in any other hotel before. We have family near the hotel and will probably have to stay there again at some point, but I hope to try other hotels in the area first.

Péssima experiência , não tinha ar condicionado porque e a alegação foi que eram quartos simples. Pelo valor que foi cobrado o mínimo seria ter um ar e não um ventilador. Banheiro com mau cheiro, roupa de cama pareciam usados .

Agradável surpresa! Excelente custo benefício!!

A chegada no hotel não causou uma boa impressão, porque estava sem nenhuma identificação e um pouco escuro. No entanto, a primeira impressão foi rapidamente superada quando nos instalamos!! O quarto era ótimo, com excelente calefação, uma cama gigante e banheiro de hidromassagem, além de um ótimo chuveiro! O café da manhã foi uma experiência à parte, com pratos coloniais e deliciosos, além de um atendimento muito carinhoso. Super recomendo!!

Café da manhã era o que tinha de melhor. Instalações precisam de manutenção urgente. Tivemos problemas com a calefação e internet não pegava no quarto 213 e ao avisar nos acomodaram em outro quarto que funcionou tudo. As atendentes não são cordiais, falam de forma ríspida e não gentil. Ficamos 6 dias e funciona bem para visitar gramado e canela a partir desse hotel.

Hotel bom, no entanto o café da manhã inicia às 07:00. Tendo em vista que fica as margens da rodovia, muitas pessoas se hospedam a negócios e por vezes precisam sair antes deste horário. Sugestão seria iniciar as 06:00 o café.
