Stay at tha Alven Hotel was ok in General. Front desk staff did not speak English so I used a translator app. Hotel was divided in two (old vs new) areas. I was placed in the old side myself and room had a antique vibe. Room was comfortable but a 32 inch tv too small for the size of the room. The wifi was slow & often disconnected from my tablet. The restaurant & staff were pleasant. Pool area nice. The hotel surroundings needs mayor fixings. Anything from abandoned buildings & places with graffiti.

High price, low service

Horrible. The room was supposed to be one twin or queen bed, they gave me two single beds. The room door in both rooms we used had issues to be opened - had to call the staff to learn how to open it and it was very annoying. The room was very clean but it was so old. A tiny TV with a horrible image in a low level, hard to watch from bed. There was a window air conditioner very noise. The whole place was noisy. Upstairs rooms were something like dragging heavy furniture or rocks, there was people on the hallways speaking out loud at night and workers on the daytime. It is very well located and the breakfast was fair, but far from a good one considering the price for the night. The staff is weird. One night the guy on the front desk vanished and in the garage same thing. You need to look for them by yourself. Long history short, not worth the money.

O valor da estadia já é bem alto não vi necessidade de cobrarem pelo uso da garagem. E os valores do frigobar são absurdos. As camareiras, o garagista e o pessoal da copa/cozinha são muito queridos, educados e prestativos. Já a recepção deixa a desejar no tempo do check in, porém são igualmente atenciosos e prestativos.

O hotel é bastante antigo, o que pesou muito mais do que esperávamos durante a estadia. O quarto que ficamos era alto (oitavo andar), mas ainda sim o barulho da avenida era bastante alto em toda a madrugada, por conta das janelas do quarto serem antigas e não possuírem qualquer tipo de isolamento. Isso atrapalhou muito o nosso sono. Além disso, os elevadores demoram muito e são pequenos para o tamanho do hotel. O café da manhã é razoável, nada excepcional e com certeza esperávamos mais. Não utilizamos o room service nem a piscina. No fim considero que a estadia não teve um bom custo-benefício, pois por um valor próximo há outros hotéis na cidade que oferecem uma noite de sono melhor e um café da manhã mais variado e gostoso.

Esperava mais. Aguardei mais de 15 minutos na recepção sem ninguém, o recepcionista tinha subido nos andares para resolver problemas com: água que não descarga, TV etc. Um hotel com mais de 100 apartamentos teria que mais pessoas na recepção para resolver os possíveis problemas que podem ocirrer durante as hopedagens.

O atendimento foi ótimo, Mas fiquei na parte antiga do hotel. Quarto sem blackout, então quando amanheceu o quarto estava super claro. E o barulho da rua também não agradou. Não tem isolamento acústico. O quarto é grande, estava limpo e organizado.

Piscina não tem serviço de bebida/comida e nem toalha disponível. Varanda do apto vazando água da tubulação do ar condicionado e alagando a varanda. Café da manhã bem fraco. Iluminação no quarto péssima. Tinha uma luminária tartaruga de emergência na cabeceira da cama. 1 cabide no armário.. enfim, pelo mesmo valor vale muito mais a pena o Bourbon, ou Blue Tree

Ficamos na parte a tiga do hotel, embora parcialmente reformada. Portas e fechaduras ainda antigas. O isolamento de ruído externo não existe nessa área e a rua acaba se tornando barulhenta. Há um shopping center próximo.
