"Todo perfecto, menos la ducha porque el agua se regaba por los lados y la cortina no era suficiente. Además empezaron a retirar el desayuno como 9:30 cuando era hasta las 10 y la gente seguía llegando y ya no podía saber qué alimentos estaban en el buffet."

"This is an excelente hotel and even more ir you need/want to stay close to the AirPort. Í had access to the lounge with wine and a small buffet on the tenth floor plus free breakfast buffet. Front desk is first rate and so the restaurant where I had One very good dinner. Rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. Daily room cleaning is done only if you request it and at a cost. I highly recommend this hotel."

"It is an older hotel, but the service is consistently good, and the front desk staff are always very friendly and helpful. The hotel needs some maintenance. Some of the lights in the dining room were flickering, giving a general impression that nobody really cares about upkeep. The blankets were also old and tattered. The room was very basic, but spacious and clean. Breakfast is okay, but having stayed at this hotel many times over the years, we've noticed a decline in quality, with fewer options and lower-quality items compared to what used to be offered. That said, considering the price, the convenience of the free shuttle service and the location, with restaurants and shops within walking distance, it is still good value for money. Taking both the pros and cons into account, this hotel is a good option for anyone needing convenient access to Guarulhos Airport."
