Conveniently located in upscale residential area, affordable but nice property, free substantial breakfast with six or seven options to choose from including eggs, sandwiches, local crepes, etc. Please note that this area is near the domestic airport and there's pretty frequent incoming planes roaring overhead including at night and early morning. Will definitely stay here again.

Nunca mais volto lá! O hotel tem uma uma aparência bonita, funcionários educados mas um descaso imenso! Pedimos um quarto com duas camas de solteiro e tivemos uma cama de casal e uma cama baixa improvisada no quarto! Primeira noite choveu e não tinha veda da porta molhou o quarto e se vc der descarga no vaso o chuveiro não funciona! Saímos para o show, pegamos chuva e frio, quando chegamos o chuveiro não funcionou, dormimos sem banho! No outro dia disponibilizaram um quarto SUJO(usado por outra pessoa e não limpo depois) para tomarmos banho, além de ter uma cama só ainda fedia fortemente a mofo! Pedimos extensão da diária pois nossa viagem de volta era a noite, pagamos e pedimos estorno pelo transtorno do chuveiro e quarto mas depois que reclamamos tivemos apenas um quarto limpo para banho! Decepcionada pois a única coisa ruim da viagem foi o hotel! Quando voltamos entramos em contato para estorno devido ao transtorno mas só tivemos “ diária e desconto na volta”! O próprio gerente nos colocou em um quarto sujo! Nunca mas volto lá!

Sem conforto. Até hoje não fui reembolsado

O quarto deixou a desejar em diversos aspectos: o assento do vaso sanitário era pequeno e muito desconfortável; o gatilho da ducha higiênica estava com defeito e só foi trocado após 5 dias, depois de muita insistência; não havia suporte para sabonete e xampu no box do banheiro; a televisão não tem canais por assinatura. Ademais, apesar de ter pago o quarto pelo período de 13/7 até 05/8 tive que sair no dia 31/7 e solicitei reembolso pelos dias não utilizados, mas até hoje, dia 06/8, não tive nenhum retorno. O café da manhã é muito fraco, não tem frios, só o pão de forma como opção e os bolos são muito ruins.

O hotel é bom, bem confortável, o Sr. Rodrigo nos recebeu muito bem, mas tinha alguns problemas com o banheiro, ele tinha um cheio bem ruim que invadía o quarto e a porta não fechava, o que complicava mais ainda. No geral é bom. Bom café da manhã e é confortável para uma rápida viagem.

Não é hotel! não se enganem com a avaliação! Ruim!

Primeiro de tudo, o que é importante para quem busca se hospedar: isso não é um hotel. Não há recepção a noite, você é responsável pela entrada e saída. Se perder a chave fica de fora até alguém responder sua mensagem. Se chegar no hotel a noite também terá transtornos em ficar fora do hotel. Então, esse é um ponto que no hoteis.com deveria cortar no filtro, pois não é um hotel. Segundo ponto, limpeza horrível! Meu quarto ao chegar o banheiro estava cheio de cabelos, o esgoto voltando do ralo e por fim, o quarto cheio de mosquitos. Uma coisa absurda! Fiz os vídeos e mandei para o contato do "hotel". Foi a pior estadia em hotel que já fiquei, busquei pagar um pouco mais caro, pois levei minha família. Mas só tive transtornos. Para mulher os banheiros não atendem, não funciona secador e a pia você não tem espaço para colocar uma escova de dente, muito menos as maquiagens. Foi horrível a estadia, tentei cancelar minha diária no primeiro dia, mas eles recusaram, então tive que passar raiva por 3 dias. O café da manhã também não é de hotel, não tem quase nenhuma opção de comida. O que salvou no café da manhã, foi o funcionário atencioso que prepara, com capricho, alguns pedidos na hora. Por fim, as fotos não condizem com a realidade do ambiente, meu quarto não tinha mesa e cadeira para colocar o computador, a tela estava em uma posição que não dava para ver direito e o móvel que colocaram para meu filho era uma beliche de ferro que ele não podia se mexer que fazia barulho.
