The location is very convenient to many wonderful restaurants. The property is hugely outdated: holes in stained curtains, bedspreads, mold in bathroom, tiles coming off in shower, air conditioning that leaked into room. Rude breakfast/buffet staff, good breakfast; property holds firm to 2:00 check-in, any arrival before that requires a wait in the un-air conditioned lobby until then.

This hot, el was my go to property on our visits to Sao Paulo (normally about once a month). Unfortunately the hotel has been getting from bad to worse. Now they only clean the rooms once every three days. Any additional cleaning before the three days is subject to a charge. The hotel may be under construction as for the second time , I woke up and there was no running water. Out of three elevators one is out of order and another one has a dirty construction cover. At least three times I had to go back down to get my card keys reprogrammed as they stopped working. Very inconvenient as sometimes trying to go down to the first floor took a while due to the heavy use of the elevators. Due to the age of the hotel, they do not have the luxury of cleaning the rooms every three days. Breakfast buffet is great and very complete. Cleaning ladies are very friendly. I sincerely hope they get better as the hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and transportation.

Very poor Standard

Unfortunately the Hotel is very old and needs urgent renovation. Rooms are very dirty and there aren't standards at all. After complaining few times I have been moved to other room with better condition, but overall the Hotel need urgent improvement, would not return.

A minha estadia já começou com um problema logo no check in, fiz duas reservas (para eu e minha esposa e um casal de amigos). A reserva saiu com erro pelo sistema do hotel, com data para 28/10, no meu aplicativo constava a data de 18/10. Até aí ok, tivemos que pagar novamente para ter direito ao uso do hotel. O erro, não sei de quem foi, mas até agora não tive o estorno do meu dinheiro. Quanto aos demais serviços, exceto do café da manhã, estava tudo perfeito. No café da manhã, havia pouca variedade e não havia reposição dos alimentos. Chamou muito minha atenção que não havia pão de queijo e o suco estava com gosto estranho. Por outras vezes, já estive hospedado lá, e na minha opinião, caiu a qualidade dos serviços.

O quarto estava limpo, mas tinham dois tipos de travesseiros diferentes, e nenhum bom. Não tinha o cobertor e tivemos que buscar na recepção. O banheiro tinha vazamento e não tinha nem um porta papel. O café da manhã é bom e com boa variedade. O elevador é pequeno e gera muita fila pra conseguir utilizar. Entramos lá por volta das 19 e saímos por volta das 10 e a mesma atendente estava lá ainda.
